A place I enjoy frequenting and continue to recommend. Truly delicious pizza and traditional Apulian dishes prepared with care and flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, making you feel immediately at ease. An added bonus is the attention to guests: Ivan and his brother are always kind and helpful; Ivan often manages to make the evening even more enjoyable by entertaining guests with little magic tricks. A place you'll gladly return to, both for the food and the atmosphere.

01/07/2026: Traditional Bolognese cuisine, friendly service, and speed are the perfect accompaniment to good food. Special note: open for lunch only. First courses include the gramigna, tortelloni, and the ever-present tagliatelle. For second courses, the shin of pork stands out, a true must, but the rest is also delicious.
28/06/2026: I've been away for a long time...but time stood still there...amazing cuisine and exceptional hospitality...not to mention the high level of professionalism... They have been, and (I'm convinced) always will be, the pinnacle of trattorias serving excellent "Italo-Emilian" cuisine.

11/06/2026: A pleasant discovery!! Traditional dishes in a casual and elegant setting. Young, attentive, and helpful service.
16/05/2026: If you're passing through Castel San Pietro Terme, on the Via Emilia, be sure to have lunch here: the food is heavenly! It's a bit of an unusual location, being located on the grounds of a gas station and car wash, but I can assure you the chef is on par with even the most celebrated pan artists. Emilian cuisine at its finest. I had crescentine with cured meats, passatelli, and waffles with gelato and black cherries. Everything was delicious; the crescentine were fried to perfection, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were courteous and extremely helpful, and the service excellent. I'll definitely be back.
