I honestly would give it 5 stars. I've been there four times and I'll be back anyway. But please…. Don't let me see the employee again (without specifying) at the cash register in charge of touching money (which is known to be one of the dirtiest things in the world!), cash register, POS machine, devices that ring when the food is ready (touched in turn from us customers, dozens and dozens) etc etc and then take the boxes with their bare hands to place on the plate to heat. As if that wasn't enough, the whole hand that then touches the box ABUNDANTLY to see if it's hot enough or not yet. It's not good and it's not nice. Thank you

Dopo 21 anni di residenza nel cuore di Bologna, ho finalmente trovato un rifugio gastronomico che risponde alle mie esigenze di uno spuntino veloce e genuino: Bello Garno. Situato in Ugo Bassi, questo locale ha conquistato il mio interesse senza fronzoli. Le piadine qui sono la soluzione perfetta quando il languorino si fa sentire, e la scelta di non optare per catene fast-food o opzioni mediocri del centro è stata una vera svolta. Senza tante pretese, Bello Garno offre piadine che riescono a coniugare il sapore autentico con la praticità. È diventato il mio rifugio go-to dopo una giornata di lavoro, quando la voglia di qualcosa di buono supera la voglia di cucinare o di cedere alle solite opzioni da catena. La varietà di piadine e cassoni soddisfa il mio palato senza dovermi preoccupare di dover scegliere tra opzioni di scarsa qualità. Con un'atmosfera senza fronzoli e un servizio che fa il suo lavoro in modo rapido e senza tanti giri di parole, Bello Garno ha guadagnato un posto speciale nei miei consigli di ristorazione locali. Ciò che apprezzo maggiormente è la spesa accessibile. Con un costo medio di 6/7 € pro capite, Bello Garno è una scelta conveniente per un pasto veloce e soddisfacente. Per chi come me vive nel centro da tanto tempo, trovarsi di fronte a un'opzione che risponde alle esigenze del quotidiano è un vero vantaggio. In definitiva, se cerchi un consiglio spassionato da un cittadino soddisfatto, ti direi di dare un'occhiata a Bello Garno. Senza fronzoli, senza pretese, ma con piadine che valgono la pena di essere provate. Se non ci sei ancora passato, potrebbe essere il momento giusto per scoprire un'opzione autentica per un morso veloce in centro.

I have gone 3 times because of their gluten-free piadina offering and the first two times I thought that the filling they put in was a mistake because they put very very little. The last time they even gave me less filling and I honestly don't understand it, I prefer that it costs one euro more and that they put more filling than that it costs 6.5 and they put that millimeter filling. I sincerely appreciate the gluten-free commitment but the amount they put in the piadina seems like a joke to me. I hope they solve this because then they are going to lose regular customers like me.

I would have liked to give a maximum score because as a celiac I am always grateful when I find places where I can eat safely. As a Rimini native, however, my opinion lowers. The piadina with gluten was decidedly high and not very elastic to be defined as "Rimini" and in flavor the dough predominates over the filling, although good. The gluten-free piadina was visually different and a little thinner and “tench.” From other reviews I learned that it is not internally produced and in fact I had the impression of having already tasted it purchased directly from the manufacturer. It is clear that it is not a product made on the spot, but together with the ingredients of the filling (vegetables, pesto and pit) in the end they make a good piadina for a quick meal during a work break. Small environment, acceptable waiting times.

I got a gluten free casserole and really liked it. The price is the same as those with gluten and I really appreciated this.
