I had tried piadinas before, but this was my first time trying a cassone riminese. I really enjoyed it! It was very filling and the dough tasted great. The people preparing them were very attentive and left the order perfectly packed for takeout. I'll be back!

I ordered a tomato and mozzarella piada and was very satisfied. The dough is soft and not stringy at all. And you can choose from many flavors: potatoes and sausage, pumpkin and mushrooms, taleggio and pumpkin, and so on. There's a spacious dining room where you can also eat with a tray.

Great local fast-food spot in Bologna. The cassone was crispy and freshly baked. We tried the one with crudo, squacquerone and rucola — simple, fresh and tasty. Perfect for a quick bite!

22/05/2026: Everything was delicious. Excellent fresh pasta. Impeccable service. A must-try if you're in the center of Bologna.
16/05/2026: Excellent food and service, friendly and attentive staff. The location is nice and right in the center. It was one of the least crowded places in the area (at least the day we went), and I honestly don't understand why: we ate really well and had a great time. We'll definitely be back.
