One star removed for the service provided by the lady, who was rude, cold, and almost disinterested. Despite this, I can only recommend the bakery for its products.

30/08/2025: Evening aperitif with a friend. The atmosphere is young, very friendly, and the service is lively. Along with the aperitif, they serve, in addition to the usual appetizers, a small plate of cheese and salami. We then added a pinsa with excellent pairings.

12/12/2025: This has been our go-to pizzeria for some time now, our weekly regular. The pizza isn't overly thin, unlike many others in Imola (unfortunately, for our tastes), and the dough is very easy to digest. We discovered it one day by chance and haven't looked back since! They even have their own app for ordering takeout or delivery, and every day you can find a freebie to add to your order. Plus, with every order you earn points (which never expire, which is a big plus!) that you can use to select other coupons for freebies of your choice based on your preferences! We've also tried their spaghetti several times, and it's also exceptional! Even when ordered for delivery, it always arrives piping hot, al dente, and perfectly seasoned! A very special mention, however, goes to the staff. Everyone we've dealt with has always been smiling and polite, a kindness that's unfortunately becoming increasingly rare these days, not to mention their incredible customer service. One example, among others, happened one evening when we'd ordered pizzas for delivery. The delivery times were taking longer than expected, and I contacted them to see if there had been any problems. They were indeed having trouble and offered to bring us an extra beer or soft drink on offer to compensate for the inconvenience. We told them not to worry, it wasn't a problem; unexpected things can happen, and there was no need for the freebie. Upon delivery, they apologized and showed up with an extra pizza, because they wanted to do something concrete to make things right. They truly care about their customers, and as a customer, that's something that really shines through, and it's wonderful.

22/12/2025: It's cozy and the fact that the guests are mostly locals says a lot about it. We had to wait, but not long, and it was worth the wait.

22/12/2025: A bad experience at the door, so bad that we decided to change restaurants before even being seated. A friend suggested we try this restaurant, and we set a date for 12:30. I was the first to go in: there was no line, and I told them there were three of us. The guy at the door looked at me and told me to go outside and wait. At first, I thought it was a joke, so I asked a second guy if it was really necessary to go out into the rain. He confirmed that it was, and added that, if there were any problems, I should speak to a man at the counter. The man at the counter simply replied that "that's the place's policy," without further explanation. Meanwhile, one of my friends came in and asked if I'd already asked for a table. I informed the guy at the door that there were now two of us and that the third would be arriving any minute. The reply, again and rather polemically, was: "I told you to wait outside." A brief discussion ensued, leading us to leave and decide to eat elsewhere, especially since our third friend had arrived in the meantime. I wasn't familiar with this place, nor with its "policy" or its history, and I can't judge the food without having tried it. However, I can say that politeness and courtesy are free, especially towards first-time customers who know nothing of the house rules. It wasn't crowded, there were already two of us, and the third was just arriving: having to wait was understandable, but not the rude and peremptory manner in which we were ordered to leave. The conversation we had made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by letting us eat there, rather than welcoming us as customers. Such an attitude does neither the place nor Bolognese hospitality credit. A word of advice to the owner and the staff at the entrance: review your tone and manner, because a welcoming atmosphere is a restaurant's first calling card, especially for first-time visitors.

23/10/2025: It's a very welcoming bar. The owner is a very kind, friendly, and kind person. They have all kinds of drinks, thick beer, and cigars. They make delicious paninis on the spot, and the prices are very reasonable. If you are a tourist or live in Bologna, you absolutely have to jump in and have a great time. I highly recommend it. 14/10/2025: It often happens that, despite being on a lesser-traveled road, I find myself passing this restaurant. And almost every time I give in to the temptation to stop. Every visit proves a pleasant surprise for the palate. The place is enchanting: meticulously designed down to the last detail and overlooking a splendid valley that offers a relaxing and evocative view. The interior, spread across several rooms on the first floor, is welcoming, bright, and furnished with understated yet refined taste. The food selection isn't particularly extensive, and I believe this is a deliberate choice: to prioritize the quality of each dish over quantity. And indeed, each course reflects attention to detail, balance, and top-quality ingredients. The service is quick, attentive, and friendly. Even on the busiest occasions—like last time, with a table of over thirty people—the organization proved impeccable, ensuring more than reasonable service times. Outside, a well-kept and scenic green area invites you to linger a while longer, perhaps for a coffee in the sun. There's also a play area for the little ones, designed with the same care that's evident throughout the rest of the restaurant. The adjacent parking lot is spacious and convenient. The restaurant is located next to the clay pigeon shooting range, but what's truly striking is the tranquility it exudes: an oasis of flavor and tranquility that's always worth the detour.

01/11/2025: I went to dinner here with the curiosity of someone who passes by every day and saw a real pandemonium. 😅 Well, I found a small, welcoming environment with the family atmosphere and truly amazing dishes (I absolutely loved the mozzarella sticks wrapped in bacon with balsamic vinegar... an illegal dish!!!) and excellent first courses! Impeccable service! 5 stars because it fully met my expectations.

01/09/2025: Business lunch during the week. A typical restaurant with a set menu, announced by word of mouth, for €14 including coffee. Obviously, you don't have to be ambitious, but for the price, the food is good. Recommended for a lunch break.
