We stopped at this trattoria by chance, as we were staying nearby. It's a typical trattoria with local food. We tried all the tortellini (in broth, ragù, and cream), all truly excellent, and the broth was special. The friggione was a must, and the zuppa inglese was amazing. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the roast beef, listed as the house specialty, was "average" but not exceptional. Excellent, trattoria-style service. For four of us, we had two tortellini, two tortellini in broth, one roast beef, two friggioni, three desserts, coffee, and digestifs, one liter of Sangiovese, two liters of water, for €35.00 each. I would happily return.

16/03/2026: Alessandro is brilliant!!! He made our lunch experience wonderful! Our lunch was so good too. A must stop whilst in Bologna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
14/03/2026: A great place with a perfect view of Piazza Maggiore. The staff was very welcoming and the food arrived pretty quickly. The cotoletta alla Bolognese is definitely worth it, and together with the lasagna, are some of the best I have tasted so far. The prices are a bit on the high end, but there are no unexpected charges, so if the prices on the menu are within your budget, definitely visit it and enjoy some great meals.
