04/06/2025: Visitamos un sábado por la noche alrededor de las 7. 45 pm sin reserva, sin embargo, el restaurante fue capaz de apretar en nosotros, pero tuvimos que dar mesa para arriba para las 9 pm. Esto estaba bien, sin embargo, ya que no estábamos planeando comer pesado de todos modos. Pedimos una botella de vino y agua para la mesa, yo y mi compañero pedimos pizza Posillpo y mi suegra la hamburguesa. Todos eran enormes y sabrosos. También terminamos con tiramisú que era rico e indulgente. El personal era amable, eficiente y servicial y no nos hizo sentir apresurados a pesar de que estábamos en un límite de tiempo. Recomendaría este lugar, pero en un fin de semana definitivamente debería hacer una reserva para evitar cualquier problema

14/09/2025: A nightmare disguised as accommodation—avoid it like the plague! After an eight-hour journey, we arrived tired but confident. What awaited us, however, was a shock: the owner greeted us with such a hostile and aggressive attitude that he seemed annoyed by our mere existence. No greeting, no courtesy—just contempt. The room was unworthy: hair in the refrigerator, a frayed blanket, obvious stains on the walls. But the worst was yet to come. The wallbox, which had been one of the main reasons for our booking, worked perfectly—but the owner refused to activate it. When we confronted him about his unacceptable behavior, his response was icy: "You can leave." And so, in the middle of the night, during the Bologna fair, we found ourselves without accommodation. No empathy, no solution. Just his bad day and an arrogance bordering on contempt. And let me say this bluntly: certain "animals" should have no contact with humans, much less work in hospitality. This individual has nothing to do with the concept of hospitality. A profound humiliation. A scarring experience—one I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Luckily, my wife was there; otherwise, I would have slapped him away with that arrogance.

03/09/2025: San Silvestro in Cantina is one of my favorite restaurants. It's in a perfect location in Bologna, right in the center of Piazza Minghetti. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

21/08/2025: The pumpkin and amaretto pizza was good, but it's a shame that even though it was on the menu, the waitress said pumpkin wasn't available because it wasn't in season. This was 30 minutes after we booked, and we still waited almost an hour to eat it. And so it goes... we ordered four Neapolitan-style pizzas, and within 20 minutes of taking our order, they told us they only have one Neapolitan-style dough. To round out the evening, we asked for desserts and they told us: "We don't have many left, especially since we just took the zuppa inglese out of the freezer." I don't understand the joke... I'm giving one star because I couldn't give it any less. I'm really disappointed, but I don't think I'll be back.

16/08/2025: Nice place, friendly staff. We ordered a takeaway pizza, a simple Margherita. It was as thin as a wafer, the tomato sauce was thin, it looked white, and the basil leaf was missing. We're talking about a Margherita, which is the base of the pizza.

28/08/2025: It's a shame no one answered the phone. We couldn't find the entrance and wanted to ask because it looks pretty spooky around there at night. We took the detour via the highway for nothing. Now, unfortunately, hungry, we're continuing on to Rimini.
