06/06/2025: Ho chiamato questo venerdì sera, 06/06/2025, per prenotare una pizza d'asporto e al di là del fatto che il ragazzo con cui ho parlato non conosceva la differenza fra asporto e domicilio, è stato profondamente maleducato e svogliato. La pizza? Niente di chè.

08/06/2025: Serra Sole was born in the spaces of the former Max Poggi Cucina, in collaboration with the Eta Beta cooperative. The garden has been redesigned and is now more welcoming and beautiful. The menu features simple but not banal dishes, some presented in a non-traditional and very fun way. You can also choose two different tasting menus, both to try, without the need for the same menu to be served to the whole table. Impeccable service in the dining room. Overall, not only did we enjoy delicious dishes, yet another testimony to Max Poggi's creativity, but we really enjoyed ourselves.

27/01/2025: Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much. The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses. Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef. Large reserved parking in front of the restaurant.

23/05/2025: Vasto assortimento di pasticceria dolce e salata, in buona parte (ma non solo) d'ispirazione napoletana: tutta buonissima, come pure il caffè. Servizio cordiale e professionale. In breve, forse il miglior posto dove far colazione a Bologna.

30/06/2025: A lovely spot tucked away in the streets near the city center. Refined cuisine, recommended for the sea bass tartare, butarga di mugine, and tagliata di Aungus. Excellent wine. Perfect service. Very welcoming owner. Bravo!!!!

30/06/2025: We ate there three times and it was always good. The service was maybe a little slow but there were always lots of people. Very good food, the wait was worth it. We'll be back again!

10/06/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in famiglia in questo agriturismo, che offre sicuramente un’ottimo servizio di sala e simpatia del titolare Stefano! Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, i piatti preparati erano gustosi e con materie prime di ottima qualità. Avevamo un menù fisso , perché eravamo in molti e ci hanno assecondato in ogni richiesta, soprattutto per i bambini. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la cura che hanno messo nel sistemare il tavolo in giardino con vista piscina. Ci torneremo!

07/06/2025: We also happened upon it based on the positive reviews. We absolutely confirm! Very good food, abundant (we couldn't finish it all), comfortable atmosphere. Recommended menus for price, quality and abundance. Orazio the waiter from San Benedetto del Tronto, super kind and helpful. I recommend everyone to stop there if you are around Bologna!

06/06/2025: We weren’t crazy about the food here. We lived in Bologna for a few months and are familiar with the cuisine. The ragu was smoky and didn’t taste like traditional ragu, the pasta was also overcooked. There are much better restaurants in Bologna.

26/05/2025: You don't go there for the gourmet dishes or the refined atmosphere but you choose it for the complete menu, the good cuisine and the excellent and friendly service.

04/06/2025: This place is a hidden gem surrounded by hedges! The food is excellent quality from the cold cuts to the breakfast pastries, the attention to detail is meticulous and the owner is clearly in love with his job and extremely professional as well as friendly. The prices have remained fair.

21/05/2025: Just want to say thanks, I had a pistachio cream cornetto years ago when I was there, and it still lives in my head as one of my favorite pastries of all time. Been chasing something similar in the states and am failing to find it. Can you ship to Ohio haha.

08/06/2025: Good pizza. The dishes are good. Semi-rustic, pleasant atmosphere. Area with outdoor seating where you can smoke. Located in an area with little parking, but doable. Waiters with a level of friendliness a little different from the typically welcoming one of Bologna.
