The trattoria is good, but once we sat down, my experience was rather disappointing. I waited 20 minutes for the waiter to take my order!!!
We ordered a mixed platter, which arrived reasonably quickly, followed by pasta and tagliata, which were served after 40 minutes. The food was good, but the waiters' service could be improved, as they seemed distracted.

We came here to try some traditional Bolognese dishes and overall had a very nice experience. The tagliatelle al ragù was flavorful and comforting, the tortellini were delicious, and the friggione was a great way to try a local specialty. The atmosphere felt authentic and the service was friendly and welcoming.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lasagna was just average for me. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t stand out compared to the other dishes we ordered.
Overall, a solid spot for traditional Bolognese food.

For me, the best tagliatelle in Bologna.
We ate at this trattoria, trying the two classic first courses, tagliatelle and lasagna, and then finishing with zuppa inglese.

The staff at Trattoria del Tempo Buono is truly kind, friendly, and efficient. The dishes are plentiful and well-prepared. I had the tagliatelle with ragù, which was amazing! Next, I had the meatballs, which were tasty and well-made. I highly recommend this trattoria; the food is truly delicious and the price/quality ratio is more than fair. Reservations are recommended.
