Trattoria Enoteca Magna e Bevi In Savigno

I've known this place for a long time, as it used to be a Roman restaurant. Under the new management, we've never been able to stop by for the flea market because it's always packed, so we decided to go on another Sunday. The place is always welcoming, with a lovely outdoor gazebo overlooking the square, well-decorated and well-maintained. It's also quiet until a group of young people arrived, who were too rowdy to let us enjoy the end of the meal. The service is good, attentive, and helpful (the only flaw is the lack of bottled water, only purified water, which I personally don't like). The only downside is the food, which I can describe in one word as "dish." The mushroom crostini was lacking in body; neither salt nor garlic were noticeable (the staff justified their choice by saying that many customers don't like the excessive presence of this ingredient). The tagliatella with ragù, while decent and cooked to perfection, suffered from excessive tomato for a Bolognese ragù. The tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and wild boar sausage was also cooked to perfection, but I expect this sauce to have strong flavors, which I absolutely didn't find in this dish. Let me start by saying that this is purely a personal opinion: I like strong flavors and well-defined flavors, which, unfortunately, I didn't find here.

A quiet and cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, an attentive and friendly hostess, and excellent cuisine. If you love truffle dishes, you should definitely visit this place.

The ingredients are of excellent quality, carefully selected and enhanced in dishes that are truly masterpieces. The cuisine is astonishing: refined flavors, perfect pairings, and presentations worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Each course is a tasteful journey that truly leaves a lasting impression. Not to mention the attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely kind staff. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a leisurely evening and being pampered. The wine selection is also impeccable, with expertly chosen labels that pair perfectly with the dishes. A place where the food is divine and where you always want to return. Congratulations, truly a true Michelin-starred experience!

We were warmly welcomed by an all-female team in a rustic and meticulously maintained setting. The cuisine is rich in local traditions and uses genuine ingredients. The service is excellent. We'll be back.

I was truly impressed by the Osteria di Savigno. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the food. Here, you'll have the opportunity to taste traditional dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Today for lunch, we sampled various dishes, including white truffles, and it was an explosion of flavors. A dessert to enjoy with a spoon was the perfect finishing touch to a delicious meal. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!

A restaurant that seems to have come straight out of the Michelin Guide: amazing truffle dishes, truffle eggs to die for, and game (wild boar and deer) cooked to perfection. The quality-price ratio is incredible, almost rare to find today. But what makes this place unique is the genuine love that mother and daughter, cook, and waitress, put in: attention, smiles, and a passion you can feel in every dish. A true gem waiting to be discovered.
