24/02/2025: I ordered the pizza from the wrong person, I live in Veneto and I wanted to call "noce pizza" not "pizzeria noce" when I realized that I had the wrong number he called me from WhatsApp threatening me and telling me that if I didn't go and pay he would report me, knowing that I couldn't go from Veneto to Bologna I apologized and said I couldn't go all the way there to pay then the gentleman insults me and says "your own business" if you don't pay by this evening I'll file a complaint I tried to explain him he continued to insult and threaten me. I honestly don't know what to say.... It happened around 1.30pm now I don't know what to do.

This is my experience: everything was fine until the bill, I pay and go out, I realize a mistake and that I paid 4 euros too much: it took them 10 minutes before they decided to give it back to me... too many both because I was in a hurry and because we don't talk of accounts that are too difficult...

23/09/2024: Note: edited I have been to this bakery several times and really liked it. Unfortunately the lady shouted at me because I parked a mobike in front of the shop (not in front of the entrance but between one door and another). The app gave me parking exactly at that number, I explained it to him and he continued yelling at me. The parking lot /was not marked as mobike parking/ and there was a car instead of bikes, so I couldn't have parked it even if I had known. I wasn't blocking the entrance and would have moved her if she had simply asked without yelling. You cannot know what a person is feeling or their disabilities, and an encounter like this is destabilizing for everyone. You have lost a customer.

28/02/2025: A causa di un guasto alla macchina mi sono trovata sola e al freddo in questo paesino. Il personale dello “Sherwood”, vista la situazione ed il freddo, mi ha accolta all’interno del locale in attesa che la mia macchina venisse riparata. Sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Ho atteso in loro compagnia la pausa pranzo per consumare un pasto caldo e vorrei dire che “ne sono uscita soddisfatta”, ma la verità è che sono ancora qua al calduccio. Sicuramente ci tornerò per onorare queste persone di una galanteria rara e per assaporare un’altra loro pietanza.

30/11/2024: seeing as the restaurants in Imola close early for lunch we went into the first one we saw, luckily we arrived before the kitchen closed. I give 4 stars only because they didn't bring the dishes together but a few minutes apart

19/11/2024: We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident in June. It was a wonderful surprise. Definitely one of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy (good price and even better food). We ordered the tomato and burrata salad, which was very good. We also ordered carbonara and pasta with gorgonzola sauce. I definitely recommend it.

01/01/2025: Sono tornata dopo un mese in questo ristorante con delle amiche. L'altra volta avevo assaggiato la tagliata, questa volta sono andata sui primi con una tagliatelle con i porcini, molto buona anche se leggermente troppo unta e poi una buona panna cotta. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfatta anche questa volta.

12/01/2025: Locale piccolo e affollato di arredi dei tempi andati ma molto accogliente. Il personale é gentile e disponibile, il cibo ottimo cosí come il rapporto qualità e prezzo. Il servizio é molto veloce. Ecco la motivazione per la quale non indichiamo il massimo della valutazione: all’atto della prenotazione il proprietario ha chiaramente detto che, per organizzazione interna, alle 21.00 saremmo dovuti essere fuori , dunque arrivare alle 20,00 piuttosto che alle 19.30 ci avrebbe costretto a mangiare di fretta . Crediamo che questi messaggi non debbano essere riferiti ai clienti ma tenuti per sé. Preferibile prenotare indicando in nome di battesimo , non gradito il cognome!

25/11/2024: Se ci si vuol sentire coccolati questo e’ il posto giusto. Cena tipica bolognese,tutto superlativo. Locale accogliente,personale squisito e attento…oste di grande compagnia. Un grazie particolare alle ragazze studentesse e neolaureate che lavorano li’e che presto intraprenderanno la loro strada.Un grande augurio a loro! Grazie della serata

05/03/2025: Particular environment, it actually looks like a club (even if you go there primarily to eat). Good food but relatively expensive, very slow and somewhat chaotic service but offered with kindness.

03/03/2025: I go there every Monday: perfect place! The professionalism of the staff is surprising, always courteous and available at all times. The musical choice is greatly appreciated; pleasant playlists and often with some gems that entice you to stay a little longer. If you come alone there is a pinball machine and some books, or you can play a game of billiards in company. The venue is very large and the outdoor space is well organized and functional. I like! Thank you
