Ripasso In Bologna

Delicious spritzes and a beautiful location right on Piazza Aldrovandi. The only downside is the aperitivo: they're definitely not generous with the chips and appetizers. Overall, a great option for a drink in the city center, highly recommended.

A friend and I happened upon Ripasso almost by chance, and we left already wanting to return. The service was impeccable: the waiter (who I assume is a friend of the guy in the kitchen) looked after us with an almost suspicious patience, always smiling, very fast, and with the timing of someone who probably trains by sprinting between the tables. A round of applause also goes to the tall guy with the mustache in the kitchen: the focaccias and tigelle were so well prepared that we suspected there was some kind of artist hiding behind the counter. Everything was plentiful, well-prepared, and truly delicious. Welcoming place, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is that now we'll have to find an excuse to come back... and probably fight again over who gets to order the last focaccia.

Excellent place for an aperitivo. Very good spritzes, accompanied by a small platter. Tables in the piazza are available for a bit of summer breeze.

Food&beverage real awesome, customers are really nice, I reccomand that place.

It's a nice place to meet up with friends, the staff is friendly and helpful, the cocktails are excellent and unique, and the wine list is very varied.

Great place for aperitifs and a bite to eat! Right in the heart of the nightlife, it stands out for its excellent service! Cristiano is a top player!
