GROM - Il Gelato come una volta In Bologna

08/06/2026: Two of us had dinner at this "restaurant" on a Friday evening. Before arriving, we called to see if it was still open and were told (not in a nice way) that reservations were required. Which, of course, we did immediately. It's a very simple place with 20 seats and very complicated parking. We ordered four traditional borlenghi, which looked well cooked but, alas, with little "filling," and a large bottle of water that was listed for €2 on the menu and which we paid €2.50. The point is simple: if you live in Bologna and don't want to travel 30 km to Modena to eat borlenghi, you can also come. My advice, if I may, is to perhaps add 0.50 cents to the borlenghi and put a little more filling so everyone is happy.

02/06/2026: I know Borlenghi very well and can say they're delicious! We'll definitely be back to try the fried crescentine. The place is welcoming and the service is well-organized.
