It's a shame you can't sit down

I've never seen such rudeness in a place (their historic location on Via Acquacalda). The workers are always annoyed, not very cheerful, and don't even greet you back when you're leaving. The owner, who is also the pastry chef, on the other hand, is very kind and always says hello when he leaves the shop. I understand the workload, which is very high given that it's the only pastry shop in Lugo that can truly call itself that, but I think a little courtesy wouldn't hurt. As for the pastries and cakes, there's nothing to complain about; they're simply exceptional.
