Each dish was prepared with care and respect for the raw material. A journey into the flavors of our land, which satisfies the stomach and warms the heart. 🥬 Ode to the mountain erbazzone with rice: the absolute protagonist of lunch! A rustic erbazzone, scented of home, wood and tradition. Robust, tasty, genuine. 02/06/2025: La trattoria Primavera è l' ottimo approdo, per rinfrancarsi dopo una camminata nella tranquillità delle verdi colline, magari preceduta da un giretto in uno degli antichi borghi medievali dei dintorni ...Vigoleno o Castell'Arquato... oppure dopo una visita alla bellissima abbazia di Chiaravalle della Colomba, a valle. Luoghi che vi sorprenderanno per l' armonia...la stessa armonia che troverete a cena, assaporando i piatti della tradizione locale! E che dire dell' ottimo Monterosso?!? Solo 👏👏👏

31/05/2025: We had dinner at this place, a simple setting with a beautiful view of the vineyards at sunset, very kind and attentive staff but the real added value are the dishes... from appetizers to desserts, all exquisite, prepared with care and culinary wisdom, strictly homemade pasta, sauces so tasty that you can lick your lips and mop up the sauce. Wine of own production, just the right portions, quality raw materials and a decidedly honest price. Well done everyone!!! If you love good food this is the right place. Bertolino family from Turin

28/05/2025: This Piadineria will be our point of reference when we make a trip that passes through those parts. A few kilometers from the highway toll booth, and also close to a gas station a few kilometers away. Also very close to the racetrack. In short, any excuse is good for a good piadina or crescione. The best piadineria in the area, excellent quality-price. Lots of tables to enjoy your piadina there too.
