02/12/2025: I had dinner alone at this trattoria, which offers traditional Emilian and Umbrian dishes. The food is high-quality and the staff very friendly. Truffle dishes are available depending on the season (when I was there, it was white truffle season). The place is traditional but charming. The wine list is good.

30/11/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after 10 years, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, my hopes vanished as soon as the pizza arrived: it had shrunk, not to mention the toppings, which were very meager, I'd say barely any. At the cash register, dear and kind Gaetano never gives everyone the option to pay for their own pizza. Whether the group is made up of five or 20, it makes little difference: you'll always end up paying €16-18 per person (pizza and drink). Everything is exactly the same as 10 years ago... even though back then, when everything was cheaper, it was "only" €12 per person 😂 I hope in 10 years when I return I won't find pizza, baby, for €25 😅

18/12/2025: We went to this restaurant for a business dinner. We were a group of about twenty-five people. We all ate pizza together, and the staff was super kind, helpful, and friendly throughout the evening, despite the large group. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and we had a really good time. It was a wonderful evening!

30/10/2025: I suppose it had nothing to do with the coffee or its ownership, but I want to emphasize that, despite considering this establishment a wonderful place to have a coffee and spend time with friends, tonight, while walking home (around 11:50 PM) and during an important call, someone tried to block my path, even pushing me and shushing me in a rather disrespectful manner, justifying it with "we're recording something" (in a public space at almost midnight). Beyond the supposed need for silence in a public space, there are appropriate ways to request it, without being disrespectful or invading someone's personal space, much less touching or pushing them without their consent. I'm leaving this review because I want to understand what happened in this situation. I regret my defensive reaction (although it was entirely justified, given that a complete stranger was pushing me for no reason in a public space on my way home, my place of rest), but I don't understand the relationship between this establishment and the people responsible for this incident, and I would like to clarify what happened privately. 23/10/2025: One star because the young guy working there is not very nice/friendly. Very rude. You can read similar reviews like this one where they just assume you can't speak any Italian and eventually treat you bad. The bartender basically THREW the 50-cent coin to me at the bar as my change. Never going back because of this kind of treatment. I doubt the owners will ever read this, but that's what's tragic about some of these places—they will not improve. If you ever read this, please take care to hire nicer human beings.

03/11/2025: A very nice and well-maintained place. I must say, it doesn't look impressive from the outside, but once inside, it's very welcoming. This is all enhanced by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The waitress was truly excellent at explaining their doughs and clearing up any questions we had. The pizza is truly delicious; we tried two different doughs and both were exceptional, without any digestive issues. Top! Only one complaint: unlike the buffalo mozzarella, the "regular" mozzarella tasted like a roadside pizza—the frozen kind, in other words—which it absolutely wasn't. In our opinion, simply substituting this ingredient would have made the result even better. We had no trouble finding parking, and the dinner price was absolutely right. Highly recommended! See you soon.

07/12/2025: A place that feels like a bar/osteria with extraordinary food. Absolutely Romagnolo, homemade pasta with fillings, not ragù, excellent with exceptional peas. But if you go to this restaurant, you MUST try the rabbit with baked potatoes. UNFORGETTABLE.

24/11/2025: Beautiful views of the Piacenza hills, friendly staff, and above all, some truly delicious dishes: don't miss the chestnut flour crepes with pumpkin filling and the thin, fluffy, and absolutely non-greasy fried gnocco. A score of 10 out of 10 for the cuisine, without a doubt. Highly recommended.
