I'm a customer of Tavolaccia. Last night, after a long wait, I returned to try the Florentine steak. I noticed far fewer people dining. More than half the room was empty, and even though it was half full, the service was incredibly long. We waited a long time for the appetizer, then for the Florentine steak.
I noticed new girls serving who didn't know their job.
At a certain point during the wait, we said, "You bring us something to eat or we're leaving."
I've regressed greatly since the last time I went.

Ample parking, excellent restaurant, and special pizza, light, flaky, not too salty. Fast service, friendly staff. On the downside, we noticed our pizzas went to another table, then, once we realized our mistake, they brought them to ours. A table next to us received the pizza we hadn't chosen. Once served, the staff, even though I signaled, walked by without looking. The only one who had an eye for the tables was a waiter. Keep in mind that it was Saturday and the restaurant was full. My rating is still 10.

Unfortunately, I must warn you about the cost of the wine; it is unacceptable to charge €11.50 for a bottle of Cevico di Lugo white wine.

€17.90 AYCE fish lunch
The quality is good only for the appetizers, while the first and second courses are poor. But that's to be expected at this price, they have to "sell" somewhere.
We ended up in the small room on the left. It was incredibly hot, and the air conditioning was practically non-functioning, so we left all the windows open with 37-38 degrees outside... you can imagine when the hot dishes arrived.
The waiters were friendly, but other tables also complained that the dishes weren't arriving or were forgotten.
Remember to book EARLY because the kitchen closes at 2:30 PM...
I don't think we'll be back.

We went for lunch on a Saturday in June with the all-you-can-eat option. The dishes were interesting and delicious, the service was fast, and the price was good, but the place was terribly hot, well above the acceptable limit.

Satisfied with everything. So far, we've always had the all-you-can-eat menus and we've had a great time!! Excellent value, friendly staff, and a very pleasant place!
