Ristorante Pizzeria Bulldog's In Modena

Excellent food..excellent value for money

Solo dinner at this pizza restaurant, located in a quiet area, not far from the center of Modena. The place is large, there are a lot of people even during the week, nice atmosphere. The menu includes traditional dishes with some variations, and a decent pizza list. I ordered cotechino, mashed potatoes and beans and a glass of Lambrusco. I liked it a lot. I spent €18. I will be back to try some other dishes.

Locale molto accogliente, servizio buono e gentile ma soprattutto cibo molto buono. In particolare il loro fiore all'occhiello che è la cotoletta è veramente top. Buona anche la pizza (sottile). Molto gradito e buono anche l'antipasto portato d'ufficio senza averlo ordinato.

I recently went to the Bulldog restaurant, one of the most well-known Modena Typical Cuisine restaurants and I must say that the experience was exceptional. Although their strong point is their handmade pastas, I wanted to try something different and ordered the Pork Schnitzel Primavera. What a fantastic decision! The Schnitzel was perfectly prepared, with a golden crunch that went perfectly with the fresh cherry tomatoes, lettuce and red onion. It was an explosion of flavors that really hit the mark. Friendly staff, smiling and ready to satisfy the customer's needs. The efficiency of the service made the experience even more pleasant, allowing me to fully enjoy my dinner without any hitches. I must also underline the quality-price ratio of the restaurant, which I think is excellent. Ultimately, I made a great choice for my dinner. I highly recommend trying the Cotoletta Primavera di Maiale if you find yourself dining here, but I'm sure that any dish of their traditional Modena cuisine will be equally delicious.

What a fantastic find in Modena. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The pizza speciale was exactly what I was looking for and the desserts were just delicious. We arrived just after 12 when there were plenty of tables free. By 1pm the whole place was full and filled with good atmosphere. Thank you all at bulldog for making a very special lunchtime for us.

Welcoming place, helpful and professional staff (which is increasingly rare in Modena). The food is of a good standard both "à la carte" and as a pizzeria. Despite the size of the room, which was substantially full, there was none of the chatter that ruins conversation at the table in almost all of Italy. It was a pleasant return. Further "return": at the end of dinner I asked for a whisky, specifying "not a Bourbon", possibly malt and the girl/lady asked me if a Lafroaig could go. He brought it to me in the right tumbler. I confirm my opinion on the restaurant and the team.

Locale situato a pochi passi dal centro di Modena, realizzato in perfetto stile retrò, molto particolare ma davvero carino. Il locale ha una ridotta scelta di piatti ma tutti in armonia con la tradizione modenese e devo dire che anche nel gusto la rispecchia perfettamente, fa da concorrenza alla classica cucina delle nonne emiliane a mio parere! Personale cordiale e gentile, servizio veloce. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.
