The service was slow and inattentive: we waited a long time both to order and to receive our food, despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded. The food didn't live up to expectations: the dishes were poorly crafted, with bland flavors and ingredients that didn't seem particularly fresh. Considering the prices, the quality was significantly lower than expected. The atmosphere also didn't help enhance the experience, with a noisy and unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant dinner, and I would hardly return or recommend this restaurant to others.

The chef is extremely professional and attentive to the customer, making them feel welcome from the first time they visit. The wait times are short. You can feel the professionalism and care they provide. The atmosphere is beautiful, spacious, and bright, making it a perfect choice for intimate or group dinners. Try it!

10/01/2026: I went for dinner with my friends. There were four of us. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was very warm and inviting, with the fireplace a real treat. The homemade bread and focaccia are delicious. The first and second courses are equally delicious. I had a tagliata with arugula and stracciatella cheese... delicious. I absolutely recommend it.

18/11/2025: Great hostel, social atmosphere and coordinated events and specials even in the off season. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is hit or miss.

24/10/2025: Highly recommended! The management and staff are very helpful and hospitable. The Metromare takes you to the city center just a few steps away (70 meters). There's also a piadina shop, a bar, and a pizza by the slice just a few minutes' walk away. Ample free parking is nearby. Breakfast is €5 per day, a buffet (also available on site) with sliced ​​bread, jams/chocolates, coffee (from a vending machine), muesli and cereals, juice, yogurt, ham, and sliced ​​cheese. Drinks are also available at the bar. Various activity deals are available. We'll definitely be back!

04/12/2025: An experience worth repeating. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, and a smile and a joke on the lips. This isn't a given in a high-end restaurant, where you seem to be served by half-dead waiters. Maurizio's cuisine is the best in Imola. New, revisited dishes, or sublime experiences that elevate the cuisine to a whole new level compared to all other high-end restaurants in Imola.

15/11/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. We went for dinner for our anniversary and found a warm and intimate place. The staff was discreet, but with that touch of empathy that made the difference. At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table, which I truly appreciated. We chose the Baccanale menu, everything delicious and highly digestible. We left feeling full and satisfied. Wide selection of wines. Rating 10.

13/01/2026: Excellent food, with satisfying portions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, but unfortunately the location is a bit dated with a jumble of objects of different styles. The plastic garden chairs, nearby you have tables in the dining room, no thanks!

16/11/2025: We ordered a Prussian rib eye steak for two. The meat we received was very fatty, and only a small portion of it was edible. After complaining, we were told that this can happen, and were charged the full price, or €44, for a portion of which we could eat only a quarter.

01/02/2026: We enjoyed a selection of five different tortelli with different fillings and toppings, each one better than the last. The homemade dessert was delicious and very fresh. Excellent value. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was family-friendly. They happily welcome four-legged friends, and ours was quite large. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: I'm giving two stars only for the final price and a bit for the location. If I had to evaluate everything, unfortunately, it's not worth it. Knowing Japan well, and ramen in particular, I can assure you that there's absolutely nothing Japanese about it. The restaurant is of the exact same quality as any Chinese all-you-can-eat restaurant, not only for the quality of the ingredients but also because there's nothing Japanese about it. If you want to spend an evening thinking you're in a little corner of Japan, go ahead, but know that ramen is something completely different. I'll tell you one thing that's enough to understand what we're talking about... there are spring rolls on the menu, and anyone who knows real Japanese cuisine knows that no Japanese person would put this dish (and many others) on their menu. Unfortunately, it's a disappointment.
