A special place in the mountains of Modena that you should stop at no matter what. Very good quality local product: gnocco fritto, exquisite tigelle accompanied by a tray of affettati (various local sausages), accompaniments to taste...and a good homemade dessert from Mrs. Giovanna. Super friendly, professional and very good quality-price. Mandatory stop if you are in the area. It is advisable to reserve, it is usually very busy.

Absolutely worth trying are the tortellini in broth, the fried gnocco and tigelle, all to die for. Excellent quality/price ratio to say the least. If you pass through these areas, you can't miss it.

Premetto che siamo andati principalmente per i borlenghi tra l’altro buoni. Ottimo il gnocco fritto e buonissime anche le tigelle,migliorabili gli affettati. Buoni i dolci Servizio buono Conto economico

Quando dobbiamo trovarci con amici noi andiamo volentieri perché qui puoi partire da un ricco buffet ..i primi sono tutti buoni e le tigelle e gnocco buoni. Il giovedì e sabato anche i borleghi ottimi! Il servizio e cordiale e veloce ....

22/03/2024: Really really excellent... even though there were many more interesting proposals on the menu, I couldn't give up a classic Bolognese cutlet (I honestly would have eaten a hectare of it). But the best was the dessert: spoonful mimosa. The place is refined and quiet, and the service is courteous and helpful
