Dinner deserves top marks. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The dessert was spectacular. Great value for money. The staff and owner were incredibly kind, attentive, and very friendly.

A gem in the center of Piacenza, often overlooked among high-end restaurants. A chic, minimalist location with plenty of personality. Very attentive and courteous service. The dishes are innovative, tasty, and unforgettable. Kudos to the cappellacci with shrimp and bacon: an eclectic yet highly successful pairing that I'll never forget. A very good wine selection. The price was reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber and location. Congratulations!

A very beautiful, refined, and elegant venue, with attention to every detail. The dishes are very good, but the presentation of some of them could use some attention, as could the bread basket, which is minimal and uses less-than-fresh ingredients. The service, too, is friendly, but a bit distracted, and there's room for improvement. Overall, a positive experience. The chef was very present in the dining room to make sure everything was running smoothly, which was appreciated. 👏👏👏👏

We went to Castiglia on Sunday evening, and from the very first moments of dinner, we were truly satisfied. The amuse-bouche, the raw fish appetizer, with its salty, iodine-rich aromas and flavors, truly takes you back to the sea. The linguine with sea urchins and bottarga is truly breathtaking, creamy and deliciously creamy. Then there's the meagre, the main course, with a hint of smokiness that, along with the artichoke, ensures that not a single bite goes without the typical, satisfying "mmm" that distinguishes a forkful of good food. We also ordered the sea bass: its flavor and perfect cooking confirmed the quality of our dinner. Last but not least, the elegance and precision of the service, perfectly in tune with the restaurant's character and character. The prices justify everything described.
