Osteria dell'Eremo! A wonderful old-fashioned osteria, where the host welcomes you and tells you the secret of knowing how to wait when it comes to flavor...the first courses are exquisite, especially the ribbons with fava beans and pecorino cheese. Not to mention the culatta, ricotta, and plum compote...spectacular! One small detail: their bread is exceptional! My compliments!

I went to eat today and it was incredible, I ordered some crostini and they were delicious, then some tagliatelle and they were delicious both thanks to the fresh pasta (which was nice and long) and the artisanal sauce, then I had some beef meatballs which were delicious thanks to the quality meat and also the tomato sauce which was a little cold but it was spicy and I like spicy so I liked it and finally for dessert I had some mascarpone with chocolate on top which was delicious, 10/10, I will be back!

We ate well; there were three of us (one vegetarian), and everyone was happy.
Romagna cuisine with local dishes and wines, a convivial, informal, and truly pleasant atmosphere.
PS: The pork fillet was particularly appreciated, truly lean and tasty.
