Excellent trattoria in the town center. Easy street parking. Very nice place, fast service. For lunch, you can choose a €15 fixed-price menu or an à la carte menu. Great for a business lunch or any other occasion. Outdoor seating is also available. Reservations are recommended.

Dinner for 8 people, booked well in advance (reservations recommended). I've known the restaurant since the late '80s, and it's always given me a reason to return for lunch or dinner. Once again, I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the friendly staff, the fast service, the traditional Bolognese menu, the good wine, and the excellent value. Everyone loved the mixed fried food (with cream and sage leaves!), the delicious mixed polenta (which I didn't have time to photograph because it went down so quickly), the generously sized cotoletta alla Bolognese (with and without asparagus) was superb, and the off-menu offering was a truly tasty and tender meat skewer, and to finish, mascarpone, rice cake, chocolate salami, tagliatelle cake, and cheesecake. In short, we didn't miss a thing, and nothing was left on our plates! The house red wine in a carafe was greatly appreciated. Compliments for everything. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

I had lunch here on December 28th with Silvana Ruini, a true Baricellese. We had a wonderful time. It's a shame, however, that at the end of January, due to a family problem, Mrs. Ruini ended our relationship. I have fond memories of this place. However, I have much less fond memories of this lady.

The atmosphere is homey, and the dishes are simply delicious. The tortellini in broth and the cotoletta alla bolognese are out of this world! Highly recommended, excellent value for money. Come on over!

I was here at Christmas with my family and I have to say that despite the special day, Christmas to be precise, we had a great time. This is not always a given on that day!
