Today I had lunch with a friend of mine at this restaurant. A stellar lunch. Very friendly staff and took time for us. Kindness and courtesy are at home. Excellent quality raw materials. I am very happy and recommend it.

I went to the restaurant, I didn't stay in the hotel, I already knew the restaurant for eating truffles, it's very suitable, I find the preparation of the food good, the price per person has increased compared to previous years, now you spend around 65 euros per person, from appetizer to dessert and a bottle of good wine, I recommend the truffle tagliatelle, the truffle pie and if you like rice also the truffle risotto, if you want to eat truffle-based, I highly recommend it

The Fontana Restaurant has always been described to me as an excellent restaurant in which to eat truffle-based dishes, so my expectations were high.
I ordered a truffle cake (16€) as a starter and tagliolini (18€) as a first course: the aroma was strong but unfortunately the flavor not much, that of the cheese prevailed. Furthermore, the truffle was only grated in fine threads and there were no slices. Considering the price of the dishes, I expected better.
As for the service, it was a bit confusing: we ordered wine and it arrived after consuming the starter. Furthermore, the waiters seemed quite lazy.
In conclusion, I give 3 stars because I wasn't disappointed, but it didn't meet my expectations and I wouldn't go back.

Il ristorante pizzeria Fontana sulle colline di Parma consigliato da amici si è rivelato un autentico tesoro gastronomico. Gli antipasti ci hanno accolti con una sinfonia di sapori, preparandoci al culmine del piacere culinario: una pizza in pala con ingredienti di altissima qualità che ha conquistato il nostro palato. La possibilità di esplorare la cantina, su richiesta, ha aggiunto un tocco di magia alla serata, trasformando la cena in un'esperienza completa e memorabile. Un luogo dove l'amore per il cibo si fonde con l'atmosfera delle colline parmigiane, creando un connubio perfetto per una serata romantica.

Bel locale nel centro di Calestano…Piano superiore e piano inferiore dove si trova una cantina in sasso meritevole di essere vista…tavoli ben apparecchiati.
Noi questa sera abbiamo cenato con la pizza…Che non si può definire pizza ma focaccia gourmet.
Molto buon impasto leggerissimo e molto digeribile…le fasciature sono numerose e con materie di primissima qualità…prosciutto, coppa, pancetta, burrata e mozzarella veramente speciali…
Ci torneranno per assaggiare la cucina.

Siamo stati ospitati per un pranzo domenicale ma fatto di sabato, ottimo tutto, accompagnato da un buon tartufo nero di Fragno, ottimi i dolci e in carta dei vini veramente importante. Bravi e gentilissimi, ci torneremo…

Siamo stati bene e piacevole l'atmosfera che si respira in questa struttura di gestione familiare. Persone amichevoli, accoglienti e competenti. Ottima la ristorazione. La Vera Emilia che l'Italia ha a cuore. Bravi continuate cosi!
