Superlative piadina, exceptional ingredients, generous toppings. The atmosphere is that of a true Romagna kiosk, despite its size.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We came on a Sunday, which meant the wait was long, but the deliciousness made up for it!

If you're passing through Rimini, Bar Ilde is a great, unpretentious spot. The cocktails are tasty and the food is decent, perfect for a simple but pleasant break.
The service is particularly good; the waiter is helpful and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A great option for a drink and a bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere.

Probably the best piada in Rimini, very filling and with excellent dough. This is reflected in the price, which is high for a piada. The restaurant is located in a more suburban area, with seating.
Service is a bit slow.

Simply the best piadina I've ever had, and I must say I've tried many in Romagna. The classic one with prosciutto crudo, arugula, and squacquerone cheese is the pinnacle of authentic flavor you'd expect from a dish of this kind. The staff is friendly, and you'll be welcomed into a vintage setting, a covered kiosk that provides shade even on the hottest days. All the other options on the menu are also worth trying. Highly recommended.
