21/08/2025: This piadineria will be our go-to place when we travel through the area. A few kilometers from the highway toll booth, and also a few kilometers from a gas station. It's also very close to the racetrack. In short, any excuse is a good one for a good piadina or crescione. The best piadineria in the area, excellent value for money. Plenty of tables so you can enjoy your piadina on the spot.

21/08/2025: Chef Rosanna is the only one who surpassed my grandma’s pasta, she was first generation of Italian descendant in Argentina and her pasta was masterful, this is an absolutely beautiful place where you eat enjoying an AMAZING view, I came back the next day to have the same experience, absolute excellence in cooking, wines? choose blindly from local options and it won’t fail they’re all exquisite, waiters treated us very well, I speak from the authority of a senior cook with experience in high end restaurants and pasta making, they deserve fame, standing ovation to this place, my best Italian experience together with da Michele in Napoli.

06/09/2025: Got a takeout from them last night around 23:20, the food was good but the interaction was the winner for us. The owner was nice and tried to hold a conversation with us despite the fact that our Italian was not good enough. :))

04/09/2025: The place has fallen into incredible decline over the years. The food used to be very good, excellent, and the location beautiful. The dishes were well-prepared, balanced, and tasty. Today, all that remains of that memory is the wonderful location, while the menu has gone downhill incredibly: I had pasta with shrimp, pistachio, and basil. It was completely raw, inedible, and very hard. Truly sickening. As I write this review, I'm still drinking a herbal tea to digest it. When the waiter came to ask if everything was okay, I pointed out that the pasta was too undercooked, but he didn't even offer to remake it. He just apologized. Surprise: they even charged me for it, even though I hadn't eaten it (and no one at the counter asked if we'd eaten well). The fish risottos weren't bad, but nothing special. Perhaps those are the only good things. The desserts were sad, disappointing. The bill was very high, the coffee was dull. The decline in quality compared to a couple of years ago is evident. It wasn't even a coincidence: I'd been here for dinner a month ago, and we were all very disappointed, although, back then, there weren't any mistakes (or horrors) like the ones we had tonight. Da Franco is now just a nice place, with a lovely outdoor area and elegant waiters. As for the rest, it's all gone. What a shame! I don't recommend it, as of today.

10/08/2025: Dinner in the garden was a great experience. The relaxed atmosphere was truly unique, and the dishes were delicious and meticulously prepared (some were plated better than others). I highly recommend both desserts in the photos, as well as the rigatoni neri, tuna roast beef, and tagliata!!! And the croissant with mortadella mousse, wow, almost Michelin-starred! The waiters are friendly and helpful, giving you your time for a relaxing, unhurried experience. The price is medium-high, but for the location and food/quality, it's reasonable. We had everything from appetizer to dessert and spent €158 total, including drinks. ONE NOTE: In such a beautiful garden, you should put a smoking ban. Those who want to relax, and especially those who want to focus on the flavors of the dishes, are disturbed if someone smokes at the next table. Electronic cigarettes are fine, but I would put a smoking ban both out of "respect" for the garden and for the experience of others. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

14/08/2025: I often dine at this restaurant, and in my opinion it remains one of the best meat restaurants in Parma and the province. The service is excellent, and the attention to detail in the ingredients is impeccable.

20/08/2025: A true gem in Savignano sul Panaro! This small, family-run osteria is one of those places that stays in your heart. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a sincere kindness that immediately makes you feel at home. The dishes are all homemade, meticulously prepared, and rich in flavor: you can truly taste the difference compared to larger, more commercial establishments. The cuisine is authentic and plentiful, with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients. They also have a nice selection of wines, perfect for pairing with the dishes and enhancing them even further. It's one of those places where you eat well, spend the right amount, and above all, leave with a smile. A true delight, highly recommended for those who love authenticity and good food.

12/07/2025: We visited on June 27, 2025, perhaps two days before the summer closure, as the owners are moving to the seaside with other establishments. I was pleasantly surprised that even though it was a day or two before closing, there were no restrictions on the menu; it was complete. (This is not to be underestimated, as we've unknowingly wandered into a restaurant that was closing the next day for the season, and the menu was limited to what was left in the kitchen...) A warm welcome, a very nice and well-kept place, good, quality food, and a very friendly and kind owner. We satisfied everyone, even finding vegetarian options.

01/07/2025: Everything was normal, except the really expensive price for what we ate. We had lunch at Ristorante La Cerina on a Sunday in November. An anonymous place, on the street. The service is good, even if the girl forgot both the water and the bread. As for the food, everything was normal. No particular sharp points. Correct portions. We had the cappellacci with porcini mushrooms and a baked cockerel with potatoes. The first courses were decent, the cockerel was really mediocre. In conclusion we had two desserts including a cheesecake that really left a lot to be desired. All for €31 per person. Exorbitant bill. Really out of range for Romagna standards. Highly not recommended.

17/08/2025: We had such a great experience overall. They brought out lots of little dishes for us to try on top of what we ordered, which was a really fun surprise. The service was excellent - super friendly and informative, which was great since we’re not exactly fish experts. I wasn’t totally sold on the fish cappuccino, but it was still interesting to try something different. They also went out of their way to bring dessert with a candle since it was a celebratory dinner, which was really thoughtful. The place had a nice, quiet atmosphere. The only slight downside was the beach view, but that’s obviously not something the restaurant can control.

07/08/2025: An excellent lunch at this historic restaurant, which I've been wanting to try for a long time. I enjoyed every course, starting with the truly unique amuse-bouche, which allowed me to taste ingredients I'd never imagined. The cuttlefish cappuccino was another incredible discovery with its unique texture. The mantis shrimp impressed me with the elegance the chef brought to a generally more "raw" dish like gratin. The real "star" of this menu was the risotto with cuttlefish and candied citron: one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in my life! An explosion of delicate yet bold flavors, a true delight for the palate. My boyfriend and I were both thrilled with this dish. The fried food, however, was disappointing; it was truly bland and subdued compared to the rest of the dishes. It was unlike any other fried food, and the accompanying "sauce" added nothing. The dessert was exquisite, along with excellent pastries and coffee. The wine list was excellent; we loved the wine we chose. The service was courteous and discreet, not intrusive. A very positive experience. I recommend it for an occasion or, as in our case, simply to treat yourself on a casual day.

14/07/2025: Excellent pasta. We came from Argentina to try the authentic Bolognese sauce. Everything was delicious. The price and service were just right. The bad news for you is that my mom's sauce is much better, by far. Cheers!

24/08/2025: In other circumstances, I've given the highest rating to establishments even superior to this one, at least in terms of refinement and "exclusivity," so to speak. However, when you sit down to eat, you realize that authenticity and simplicity are the ingredients that matter most, and in this sense, dining at this restaurant reminded me of that once again. The atmosphere is very relaxed and homey, the staff 🧑🏻👩🏻 courteous and welcoming. The dishes are also excellent; I opted for the tagliatelle 🍝 with "castrato" (lamb) and the arrosticini made with the same, accompanied by grilled tomatoes 🍅. Everything was truly delicious 😋 (the ragù was fabulous) and well-cooked. In total, I spent €17.50 💶, which also included a liter of water 💧 and a coffee ☕, so it's a great value for money 👌. They also accept meal vouchers 🎟 (at least restaurant vouchers). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍. 10/08/2025: If you're looking for the best meat restaurant in the area, look no further than osteria del Macellaio da Fornaciari. The quality of the meat is simply outstanding, and every dish is cooked to perfection. The flavors are rich and satisfying, making each meal a special experience. The service is equally impressive, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to recommend the best dishes and pairings. I highly recommend trying this resto to anyone who appreciates high-quality meat and exceptional service. It's truly a gem in the area!

05/08/2025: Excellent meat, from A to Z, and good wine! Comfortable atmosphere for a dinner with friends. Tartare, carpaccio, grilled meat... The desserts are also noteworthy. There are several set menus between €35-45, and I'd say they all include drinks (one bottle of wine for every two people).

19/07/2025: We ate well, and the price was excellent. The only problem was that the tigelle were a little hard. The waiters were friendly and quick. I recommend it.
