Locanda Nonna Adriana was a pleasant surprise; we'd been meaning to go there for a long time. The portions are truly generous (see photos; dishes are portions for one person), just as you'd expect from authentic Romagna cuisine, and the quality of the dishes is excellent: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and carefully crafted recipes. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. For those who love "scarpetta" (toss the bread with the tomato sauce), seeing the photo of the leftover ragù is a real treat. It's a place where you eat well, generously, and with a smile. Highly recommended.

Cozy place. Delicious dinner and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the staff is friendly. The first courses and desserts are delicious (I recommend the baked potatoes and the apple and cinnamon tart!!). I will definitely be back for the appetizers and meat-based main courses. Highly recommended.

This was our second lunch at this restaurant, which had been recommended to us some time ago by some restaurant friends. The new veranda is beautiful and welcoming, featuring staggered entrance doors that prevent any cold air from reaching the tables. The atmosphere is truly that of a traditional Romagna tavern, with its antique cotton tablecloths featuring the rust-colored prints typical of the area. From the extensive menu, we began with: "Antipasto della Nonna," a selection of local cured meats and cheeses with homemade gnocco fritto (fried gnocco), abundant, tasty, and convivial; and "A Tasting of Cured Meats," featuring products that demonstrate the great care taken in selecting the finest ingredients: 24-month-aged Parma ham, local salami, cured coppa and lonzino, "Giardini della Nonna," and gnocco fritto (fried gnocco). Truly a noteworthy "overture," thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. A special mention goes to the fragrant and enveloping fried porcini mushrooms. Among the first courses, the ravioli di fossa (died in the pit) topped with sausage and radicchio brought a taste of true Romagna to your taste buds. This was followed by perfectly cooked and tender sliced ​​beef, grilled chicken with potatoes, delightfully tasty in its simplicity, and rich, flavorful, and crispy lamb ribs. Another feature of the restaurant is the generous bread basket with piadina, constantly replenished throughout the meal, a much-appreciated treat. The wine list is excellent, with photos and descriptions of the various national offerings. The attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff have that touch of family that never hurts, making the guest feel truly at the center of the service. Congratulations!!! We will definitely be back to enjoy two dishes that must be must-haves: the imperial skewer, recommended for two, truly impressive with fresh salami and pork tenderloin, ribs, sausage, pancetta, beef, and a mix of vegetables, and the gratin gnocchi with white sausage and scoparolo ragù. This large and beautiful trattoria, Nonna Adriana, is located in the center of Cesenatico, very close to the sea and the Ferris wheel. It's one of the few places that doesn't have fish on the menu, but offers a wide variety of excellent Romagna dishes, both first and second courses. We started with excellent cappelletti in broth, followed by rabbit with grilled vegetables and an excellent caponata accompanied by an equally excellent piadina verde. To finish, a delicious tiramisu. The restaurant is very attractive, clean, and tidy, with excellent service.

Easter Monday lunch experience. The only first course most of us wanted wasn't available, OK. We ordered two house appetizers: the gnocco fritto, which was very heavy and not very fluffy, but light, and the cured meats were good, a bit sparse even for two. The first course, which was a lesser choice, was the cappelletti with sausage and leek and cream, nothing special but good. The tagliatelle and spaghetti tasted like nothing. Unfortunately, the side dishes were raw grilled vegetables, and the potatoes were very salty and burnt. The service was overall quick. The place was very crowded, but it was really cramped. I was sitting 1 cm from the person behind me. The kids were bumping into each other, even in their child seats. In short, strollers wouldn't fit. I paid €70 per couple for one appetizer, two first courses, and two side dishes, with only water to drink. Expensive, unfortunately, not a pleasant experience.

I've known Luca for many years, and I must admit that his passion and professionalism for his work never fade. In this new adventure at Nonna Adriana, he has brought and passed on these qualities. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, maintaining traditional standards but with subtle twists that make it stand out from the crowd. The wine list is good and the quality/price ratio is excellent. But the highlight is the homemade pasta made by Linda's expert and passionate hands, who, despite her young age, has decided to uphold the Romagna tradition. Nonna Adriana, go ahead!

09/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant for Easter Monday lunch. The service was professional and friendly. The dishes were generous and truly delicious. We were pleasantly satisfied and will definitely return for other occasions.
05/04/2026: For Easter lunch, we chose Ristorante Cerina in Cervia. A sure thing! At the legendary Alessia and Mirko, you'll find quality, good food (and, why not, good drinks), a great atmosphere, courtesy, and cheerfulness, all of which make for a satisfying experience. The dishes are elegant, plentiful, and tasty. The service is truly impeccable and punctual. We, knowing the family that runs this restaurant, are perhaps biased? I think we're just lucky to know people like them, who bring all their passion to what they do and manage to convey it to the customer. Try it and believe it!
