Il Piastrino In Pennabilli

Considerando che si tratta di un ristorante stellato, che ne avevo sentito solo parlare bene e che i piatti degustati in serate a più mani e manifestazioni mi erano sempre piaciuti, mi aspettavo di più. Alcune entree, l'antipasto (Gratin di topinambur, cardi, uovo cremoso, aringa e tartufo nero), la pavlova e la pasticceria li ho trovati squisiti, l'antipasto direi geniale, ma non mi è piaciuto il primo (Passatelli, ginepro, brodo di montagna e funghi conservati), in cui il brodo (mix di cortecce, licheni e altro) sapeva troppo di bosco e tendeva a coprire i sapori e ho trovato il secondo (presa di maiale) buona ma "normale". Il locale è ben curato e intimo, il servizio è stato efficiente con una differenza tra i due camerieri (la signora un po' troppo seria, quasi imbronciata; il ragazzo un po' affettato nei modi ma gradevole, competente nel consigliare i vini e gioviale).

Very positive experience. The navigator (maps) had made me go the wrong way. In any case, it was found without difficulty. Impeccable service. Beautiful place with great attention to detail. Perhaps some combinations in the dishes are difficult to appreciate for those like me who are used to more classic flavours, but they are all good and excellently presented. Well done.

Flying carpet As in a dance we were accompanied in an essential and elegant rhythm where the imagination was able to unleash itself in a vivid experience of pure erotic pleasure, through the waves of aromas and flavors born from the local land and released into the dishes. The rhythm of the service, accompanied by the persuasive whisper of the accurate description, transported the experience into a temporal bubble suspended beyond the usual progression of life.

Dinner with dear friends, a magical location full of warmth with a priceless atmosphere!! The food artfully created by the chef delighted us with an explosion of flavors and colours. All the staff pampered us throughout the evening. Thank you Claudia and Riccardo for making us live a fairy tale! Highly recommended.

Nice location, friendly staff but for the type of expense and experience I was disappointed, for the amount spent I expected a different quality. Instead, in addition to many appetizers, the main courses had no character and/or flavor which in these cases should rhyme with amazement. PS: the charred snails were not good.
