It's an ambitious project led by Chef Michael Silhavì, offering creative and bold cuisine in an extremely intimate setting. 🌟 Strengths ​Exclusive Intimacy: The restaurant has only five tables, allowing the staff to offer almost tailored attention to each guest. ​Evolutionary Cuisine: Chef Silhavì challenges Veronese tradition with modern techniques. A famous example is his reinterpretation of Pasta, Beans, and Miso, a perfect bridge between local and global. ​Wine Philosophy: Great attention is paid to natural and organic wines, selected to accompany dishes that change monthly according to seasonality.​ 🚩 What to know before you go ​Reservations required: Given the limited seating (only 5 tables!), it's essential to book well in advance. ​For curious palates: Don't expect the classic boiled meat with pearà. Driven by the curiosity of finding a unique restaurant a little different from the average during our short vacation in Verona, we opted for this one and were very satisfied. The location is very understated and has been carefully crafted down to the smallest details, such as the slightly dim lighting and an interesting wine cabinet decorated with fake ivy. The evening's menu was Valentine's Day-themed and we loved it, especially the sushi-style prawns and the raspberry, yogurt, and chocolate crumble dessert. Kudos to the chef for offering innovative and ambitious cuisine that showcases the raw ingredients to their fullest, without distorting them. The service was excellent, but perhaps a little cold. In any case, let's talk about details. The bill is slightly high, but consistent with the cuisine's unusual and deliberately sophisticated approach. Recommended for those in the area.
