For a post-dinner appetizer, I came here with a friend to try a couple of dishes that really inspired me on the menu. The squid ink sandwich with fried baby octopus, turnip greens, yellow cherry tomatoes, and burrata was good, but it's a shame it was served as tapas because I would have eaten a larger portion. Then there was the salmon and dill tortello with swordfish and orange sauce, also good.
A very popular place and high quality, I'd even say unique, especially because they change the menu every day, depending on market availability, so there's always variety and lots of surprises.

Highly recommended. Fair prices. We ordered three appetizers, two first courses, one bottle of water, four glasses of wine, two place settings, €80.
Good fish, well cooked, excellent service.

You eat in the fish section of market, that may or may not be your cup of tea. Prices are fair for the quality. Come at dinner as they do smaller portions and so you can try more things. The raw red prawns and Catalan prawns are good. The swordfish carpaccio was interesting, would be helped with a bit more avocado and dressing. The crab tagliatelle I actually didn’t enjoy sadly- it’s a large portion but the seafood sauce is very very fishy which isn’t for everyone, and it’s a lot of work to get the meat out of the crab - they haven’t pulled it out for you. Nice selections of wine by the glass. Lunch I had phenomenal bread, lovely attentive service and banter, water offered as soon as I sat, for dinner I got a bag of stale toasted croutons I could break my teeth on and wasn’t offered water. So mixed experience, but worth a try.

A hidden treasure inside Mercato delle Erbe.
Also places tables right outside, for those who can't stand a slightly heavy fish smell from the market.
From carpaccio to salad and fried dishes, there is a feast of flavors with fresh ingredients (probably from the market).
Extremely well cooked and tasteful dishes.
Not to mention also a very good treat of salty and vinegary fish fillet with avocado.
As always the stuff was very polite, quick and professional.
The only blemish i want to mention is the charge of 2 € for taped water. Of course not for the money - because the prices are very reasonable - but for the mentality of most Italian restaurants.
You must visit this or similar places, to become a part of Bolognese culture.
