Restaurant serving traditional cuisine, excellent ingredients, and fresh, delicious pasta. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. The dining room isn't very large, but it's welcoming. There's plenty of outdoor space and plenty of greenery. There's ample parking. Reservations are recommended. Good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try traditional cuisine and eat well. 😉😊👍

A typical and historic restaurant in Bologna. The atmosphere is dated but welcoming and full of memories. The staff is informal, kind, and helpful. All the dishes were delicious. I had fun trying a little bit of everything at my table, and I must say everything was delicious and high-quality. In addition to the traditional dishes, I also recommend the stuffed cappellacci (a must for those who love to mop up the bread with bread) and the delicious and light tiramisu. Give it a try!

Vecchia Trattoria Monte Adone

13/04/2026: We had a great experience at Trattoria Monte Adone. We really enjoyed the tortelloni with truffles and the ravioli with mushrooms. The grilled meats are also of high quality, and there's a good selection of wines. The portions aren't small at all, so it's a recommended place, especially if you're passing through the Via degli Dei. The only caveat: the prices aren't the cheapest; this trattoria could be a little better.

05/05/2026: The only flaw, but also a characteristic, of this place is its small size. Very good service and an impeccable menu for those who want a true taste of typical Bolognese cuisine. Below-average prices for what you get and excellent portions!
02/05/2026: The lamb chops were inedible because they were so tough. It was so messy inside that you couldn't even talk to your neighbor.
