Without a doubt the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten Soft dough, never heavy, with a huge choice of toppings. The pizza with regular dough is also amazing. Generous portions and reasonable prices. The guys are friendly and always with a smile, a must try!

I think saying this is the best pizza of my life is an understatement. I have celiac disease and I have never eaten such good pizza. The staff is no exception, they are all super kind and welcoming, it's always a pleasure to come back. Virtually the entire menu can be made gluten-free. Even the only pizza without a crossed out ear can be taken by asking for it in advance or by removing the croquettes. Currently, once they arrive, the placemat is changed from white to blue for those who eat gluten-free to ensure maximum safety and the dishes in which the gluten-free pizzas arrive are different. Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria in Faenza!🍕 We went here to try their gluten-free pizza offering and more.🍽 - The restaurant is fully equipped to manage gluten-free, with staff and laboratory exclusively dedicated and separated from the rest of the pizzeria, including the oven and ingredients. - Gluten-free dough is something exceptional and incredibly soft. You can see that there is study and work behind it, given that the pizzeria also participates in various category championships. -In addition to pizza, there are many other dishes in gluten-free versions, including fried foods and desserts. - The prices are absolutely average and honest, in fact perhaps even cheaper than other similar, more renowned places. - The restaurant carries out gluten-free activities in collaboration with AIC, and this is an added value for all of us celiacs. - Customers who request gluten-free are served with a dedicated blue placemat and plates, in order to limit misunderstandings. - The service was excellent and super fast, given that they brought us the pizzas less than 10 minutes after ordering (around 7.15pm). -All the staff, including the owner, were kind and welcoming, always smiling and never rude or rude. - The place is always full, especially on weekends, and the possibility of online booking with a choice of days and times still available is therefore very useful. - Already during the booking phase you will be asked if celiac customers will be present. Optimal! -Possibility to take away, pay with cards and use the toilets. The place was completely renovated after the flood, and there is a large car park in front of the pizzeria. Having said that, whether you are celiac or not, you absolutely must come and try the Girasole pizza!

Fantastic gluten-free pizza, here celiacs don't feel like strange animals who always have to eat something different... and this is unparalleled! Then it's really delicious. The Montanarina is also fabulous. Great beat N1, you deserve everything
