Quality ingredients, starting with the cured meats for the appetizers, moving on to the tortelli fillings, sauces, and meats. Fast, friendly, welcoming, and warm service. A management note I really appreciate: DOGS STAY AT HOME. The restaurant doesn't allow dogs, it's clearly stated, and the decision is absolutely correct—it doesn't even need explaining.

09/05/2026: It's not a romantic and elegant place, but rather rustic and simple; the restaurant is located in the square of this small hamlet, Biserno, which is a real gem. Lots of motorcyclists enjoy riding their bikes around the winding roads leading to the restaurant. In the little square, there's also a church and some umbrellas for outdoor dining, overlooking the chickens and hills—so quaint! I gave it my all because they are sincere people who are passionate about their work. The food is excellent and carefully prepared, everything beautifully plated. The wines from Family Farm Gobbi, a farmhouse in Longiano we know very well, are excellent. Their owner is the daughter of the restaurant's owners. Both were excellent. Today, we were very pleased with the fresh blackthorn mushrooms in our crostini and tagliatelle, and the porcini and truffle crostini were also excellent. I highly recommend these two excellent restaurants.

26/04/2026: For me, this is the best gelato shop in Bologna! I've tried all the flavors and can honestly say that every single one is unique and special. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and in my opinion, that's what makes this gelato shop stand out from the rest. You'll find all the classic flavors, as well as many original new ones. Highly recommended for lovers of quality gelato!

03/05/2026: ★★★☆☆ The food here is absolutely fantastic and the vibe is something special honestly, both deserve five stars on their own. It's the kind of place you want to love, and in some ways we did. However, the service really let the experience down. From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel particularly welcome. Throughout the evening we noticed other guests who arrived after us being attended to first, our food took noticeably longer to come out compared to the tables around us, and at the end of the meal we waited a long time for the bill while our waiter was occupied with other things. No complaints whatsoever about the food or the atmosphere they're the reason we'd even consider returning. But great food deserves great hospitality, and unfortunately that part didn't match up on our visit. Hopefully just an off night, because this place has real potential to be a favourite.

28/03/2026: Recommended and tried!!! A simple trattoria with home cooking! Tasty and delicious! We ordered a selection of cured meats with torta fritta, a caramel filled with taleggio and culatello, and an off-menu version of pumpkin-filled mezzelune (half-moons) served with Zola cream and walnut crumble, which was out of this world! Then, to top it all off, we ordered a main course with mariolina, homemade mashed potatoes, and also amazing sauces! Definitely highly recommended! I'll be back ✨

03/06/2026: Wonderful restaurant inside, excellent, professional service. Excellent ingredients, meticulously prepared dishes. Divinely delicious boiled meat served with their mixed saline. Delicious first courses. Ditto the desserts. The meticulously maintained restaurant begs to be photographed, it's wonderful. The price is certainly not cheap...but it's worth it. The boiled meat cost €29. But the price is absolutely justified. We'll definitely be back.
