23/11/2024: We ate with continuous "anxiety" not even time to hang up our jacket and he had already asked us for water, once the starter was finished he was already ready for the first course, the same for the second course and the dessert + coffee. The pressure from the waiters made us feel more like we were in a marathon than a dinner, leaving us little time to relax and chat.

04/09/2024: Scrumptious delicious dishes. Professional staff, very knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. Wine recommendation did not disappoint. The food recommendation was a wonderful surprise. We had mostly things that were not on the menu. It is one of the best restaurants we've found in Italy, considering ambiance, seating, food quality and taste, wine selection, service, and value for money.

17/07/2024: We’ve been coming here for many years. We were so happy to see that Arnie runs the restaurant now. He has always been so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a great ambiance, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We ate here twice on our last trip to San Gimignano. The carbonara was sooo good. I also had truffle steak which was grilled to perfection, and it was the best steak I’ve ever had in Italy. Don’t miss out on this gem of San Gimignano.

15/09/2024: We had lunch here today 9/15/24. We took 3 wraps: Sausage Sausage, pecorino, rocket, tomato Sausage, onion and peppers 2 cokes + 1 small beer 2 portions of chips (huge, crunchy, hot and delicious) We only spent €35 on everything and I must say everything was delicious. Piadina made on your own, pasta made by them, top quality ingredients and very fresh vegetables. The girl who takes the orders is very kind, as are those who serve. Very clean place despite the amount of people who kept arriving. I give 5 stars, although I would give many more if there were.

12/09/2024: It is a historic place which has existed for many years and has been managed by people of the same family over time. Very good piadina. Wide choice of fillings. Highly recommended to try. There is a large paid car park nearby. The place almost always offers very stuffed piadinas and very honest prices.

08/12/2024: Pleasant evening... pizza and good food... too bad because in the room where we were outside it was cold despite the mushrooms... not to mention the waiter who at the end of the evening opened the curtains wide to send us away... I think it's a lack of education and respect for the customer... it was enough to say "sorry but the place is closing"

16/08/2024: Spartan atmosphere but a great choice of sandwiches we had to split them up because we couldn't decide which one to eat. Nice staff. It is located near a pond, but I'm not sure you can fish there.

15/08/2024: I found this nice pub because a friend of mine spoke very well about it to me, the place is quite "hidden" if you don't know it it's impossible for you to stumble upon it by chance so now I'm writing you a huge positive review because you deserve to work. your sandwiches are magical, original to say the least, special and tasty like I've never eaten before in any pub. I ate the Dan sandwich, brown bread and an explosion of flavors which together with the excellent meat delighted my palate and satisfied my stomach... the dish arrived with lots of chips. I assure you that my family also enjoyed the burgers produced by you... we will return because I want to try all your super sandwiches one by one. staff and owner at the top.

30/11/2024: Ci sono stata un venerdì sera con mia sorella. Sala bellissima, tema animalier dalla tovaglia ai tovaglioli, tutto in sala ti trasporta in Africa. Io da vegetariana ho ordinato i sambussa vegetariani e mia sorella quelli con carne, poi abbiamo preso la maadì che era il piatto consigliato, io vegetariano con legumi, verdure, riso e cous cous, le lenticchie cucinate meravigliosamente, mentre mia sorella con carne, molto piccante. Tutto veramente ottimo. il dolce al cocco non mi ha entusiasmato ma a mia sorella è piaciuto. Abbiamo pagato a testa 27€. Le persone che ci lavorano tutte carinissime e gentili, ci ritorneremo. Consiglio vivamente!

15/11/2024: ¡Qué espléndidos tragos tuvimos! Si eres fan de los negroni o vermouts este es tu lugar. Tienen sus propios productos Gotha Spiriti Nobili que están en otro nivel. Incluso compré productos reales para hacer este fabuloso negroni marino en mi casa. Muy recomendable. Jusk preguntar por el personal sobre las opciones y tener una prueba de excelentes productos. La ginebra con agua de mar es muy buena y funciona perfectamente en mezclas!

22/10/2024: Wir waren an unserem ersten Tag in Bologna nachmittags unterwegs und wollten irgendwo einen Kaffee trinken und etwas Süßes dazu essen. Zufällig kamen wir an der "Fabrik" vorbei und gingen aufgrund des leckeren Kuchens in der Theke spontan rein. Die Bedienung war nett und behilflich bei der Auswahl, denn das Angebot an Kuchen war wirklich schön. Dann setzten wir uns und bestellten zu unserem Kuchen noch zweimal Mineralwasser und zweimal Kaffee. Die Bedienung erklärte uns, dass sie keinen Kaffee machen kann, und so orderten wir stattdessen zweimal Espresso zu dem Kuchen. Aber auch das war nicht möglich.........mit der für uns absolut absurden Erklärung, dass es Kaffee oder Espresso bei ihnen nur nach einem (richtigen) Essen gibt. Kuchen gehöre hier nicht dazu. Sie könne uns leider weder Kaffee noch Espresso verkaufen. Der Kuchen sah so lecker aus, dass wir trotzdem blieben und das Mineralwasser dazu tranken..........der Kuchen schmeckte wirklich sehr gut.......unseren Kaffee tranken wir dann ein paar Häuser weiter. Schade, mit Kaffee wären wir wohl jeden Tag dorthin gegangen, und wahrscheinlich nicht nur für Kaffee und Kuchen. Welches Geschäftsmodell ist das?
