12/03/2025: I live in Sweden and I really miss receiving good service from the head waiter who recommends dishes and wines and makes sure everything is fine. I also really miss tasting food, closing my eyes and enjoying it. At Corte Solada I found everything I was missing. Alessio did a perfect service, Giulio, the chef, prepared delicious dishes. I ate the wild boar fusilloni and tasted the pork pocket. Not to mention the homemade bread. I recommend everyone to stop by Corte Solada. It was really good for the heart and the palate.

13/04/2025: On the occasion of open dairies, we stopped in Fontanellato a small village in the province of Parma, after visiting the fortress we decided to stop for lunch at the cibarium discovering a fantastic place to taste excellent cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by fried cake, the coffee served in the moka made us feel at home ... we recommend ...

06/04/2025: Amazing place, not to be missed! The dishes are the genuine ones of the Emilian tradition of the Parma area, with freshly sliced ​​cheeses and cured meats. The staff is very kind and always ready to explain what's on the plate, and to recommend any pairings. Vast selection of wines, desserts and preserves made strictly by hand by them.

30/03/2025: We ordered Spaghetti Carbonarra €12, Spaghetti with shrimps €12 and gnocchi with tomato sauce and meat - child's portion €5. Everything served with plenty of cheese for sprinkling in a separate container. The waiting time was good. The only downside is that there is little space, no baby feeding chair and no toilet. We also easily got a container for the child's lunch, which he didn't eat on the spot. Overall, we are satisfied :)

06/04/2025: La Vecchia Locanda deserves all five-stars for an absolute fantastic dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated to exceptional service. The Tagliatelle with black truffle was outstanding and so was the Tortellini Della Casa in Brodo. The place is a gem and we will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!!

16/02/2025: Eccellente serata gastronomica in un ambiente classico,raffinato, illuminato sobriamente e con gradevole musica di sottofondo anni 70/80.Il servizio è curato brillantemente con facezia,verecondia e premura da Yudi,Vittoria e Francesca.Il nostro desinare;2 antipasti,insalatina di gamberi al brandy con carciofi e parmigiano e polpo arrosto con purè e polvere d'olive.2primi,gnocchetti di patate con ragù di gallinella,scorfano e pomodorini e maltagliati con baccalà,pecorino e cavolo nero.Come secondo, cotolette d'agnello con caponata e maionese.2 dessert,una pav love e un autunno nel cesto con gelato fiordilatte e cestino croccante.Con frenetico entusiasmo asserisco che tutte le portate sono state apprezzatissime.La parte beverina è stata affidata ad un ottimo gerwuztraminer,una bottiglia d'acqua potabile e 2 caffè.Conto totale di 138 euro spesi con la consapevolezza di avere regalato un memorabile orgasmo all'animo ed allo scilinguagnolo.A Dio piacendo arrivederci e grazie...

29/03/2025: Abbiamo trovato per caso questo ristorante su the fork ed è stata una fantastica scoperta. Il menù propone portate sia di carne che di pesce e a cena, ci son stati proposti anche fuori Menù. Tutto buonissimo, pesce fresco, porzioni giuste. Super consigliato! Location accogliente ed elegante, personale gentile e disponibile.

23/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante insieme a degli amici.. eccezionale! Spazioso, pulito, rilassante e ampia zona esterna da poter far distrarre i bambini. Staff gentilissimo e sul pezzo, come si dice! Super accoglienti! Abbiamo mangiato antipasto e primi di pesce: delicati, freschi e succulenti; per i bambini un bel piatto di pasta al pomodoro di quello che ti dà soddisfazione. Abbiamo concluso con i dolci fatti in casa, buonissimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il locale fa tanti eventi e torneremo sicuramente, anche questa estate.
