Historic Restaurant.. Top service; tried the Arnaldo tasting menu: Super mixed appetizers, the Cappelletti in capon broth Unique.. boiled A real experience.. Good roasts.., in my opinion the desserts didn't tell me much.. A journey into the historic Emilian flavors to try., Highly recommended!!!

A lovely dinner and dining experience at this historic restaurant in the heart of Emilia Romagna. Cannot recommend it enough!

We came to Clinca Arnaldo for the experience and food. First off, the restaurant was so hot we were sweating. True it was hot outside but some AC could have helped. We drank lots of water. The trolly cart was surely a show. But who wants meat in water? I ordered the Filet in Cognac Sauce, Med-Rare. It was really rare and so hard to cut. Very tough piece of meat. The mashed potatoes with the sauce was good though. Michelin star? I don't think so. Anyone could boil meat and slice it on a plate. Nothing fantastic about it.

Unique and exceptional experience. The food is of excellent quality, the staff helpful and very friendly, the service is of the highest level as befits a restaurant of this level.

Spacious room, clean, but a bit neglected in the finishings. The window shutters didn't close well as well as those of the wardrobe. The bathroom was "blind" and not ventilated, with a huge shower without a door ...... humidity everywhere! Restaurant! Elegant environment. Good service with "cold" and "detached" staff. Nothing special for the appetizers, we were missing salami! Raw tortellini, excellent spugnolata. Super boiled meats. Normal dessert! I don't understand anything about wines, so I don't know what to say. Be careful with parking, it's hard to find! From a ⭐ I expected a little more! I don't think I'll go back!

Pure culinary tradition. Italian, Reggio Emilia culinary Excellence. A food temple. Amazing antipasto choices, primis are a blast, se Hindi and meat close to perfection.. fabulous ingredient quality. Incredible wine choice. Human and decent prices .. a rarity ! I wish I’d live across ..

Ai tavoli della clinica gastronomica si respira la storia della nostra cucina ! A rubiera troviamo casa nostra dal punto di vista culinario: non solo la nostra tradizione ma quei gusti, piatti e sapori che fanno ricordo, comfort, coccola e carezza della nonna, della mamma ! Tutto richiama alla nostra migliore tradizione : la cucina , il servizio e l’ambiente e tutto la richiama senza venire a patti con l’aspetto da merchandising della modernità !!!!! Ceniamo qui 2 sere di fila e in tutti i piatti assaggiati c’è il gusto della nostra migliore storia !!!!! Noi ci aspettavamo quello che ci è poi effettivamente stato proposto !!!!! Bellissima esperienza . Grazie perché il tutto ci ha ricordato chi siamo e da dove veniamo ! C’è bisogno di queste radici !!!!!!
