Very nice environment. Friendly and fast service. Abundant dishes. Maybe it's because I'm from the area and this food isn't new to me, I found it good but it didn't drive me crazy. I definitely recommend it to those who come from outside and want to try Emilian cuisine. Excellent prices for a starred hotel.

A wonderful star. The roast and boiled meat trolley took me back to many years ago when mum and dad took me out to eat. The staff is exceptional, offering a professional but never intrusive service.

Hotel and restaurant, wonderful location, you can breathe an air of history and tranquility, very elegant antique-style rooms. In the restaurant you can taste excellent traditional Emilian food, very professional, attentive and kind staff. I recommend the small cappelletti in broth made strictly by hand. This place was frequented by Enzo Ferrari.

Eating at Arnaldo is not simply nourishment, rather it is a real journey through the flavors of the most authentic Emilia. Excellent food quality, very generous portions, attentive but not pressing service, rustic/elegant but not oppressive environment. The "To Cart" service is a plus that takes you back 50 years. Account commensurate with the type of experience. Without a doubt a cornerstone of Italian cuisine that must be tried at least once in a lifetime. Keep it up!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Traditional cuisine with great food and service. Delicious desserts especially the pear with zabaglione.

Cena annuale in un ristorante stellato la scelta è caduta su Arnaldo a Rubiera zona Reggio Emilia Sevizio impeccabile ma lento forse per troppa gente il ristorante era pieno scelto menu degustazione 1. Piatti abbondanti e tipici della zona vini del territorio ma un menu di 1400 etichette vini di qualità. Per finire un infuso digestivo alle erbe

Beh che dire prenoti l’hotel le ti ritrovi annesso il ristorante che già dal nome ti dice tutto , assolutamente gourmet. Ho apprezzato il servizio e il fatto che comunque c’era personale giovane erano tutti ben preparati , addirittura il sommelier di una preparazione assurda . La caratteristica di questo locale è il carrello degli antipasti , i secondi (arrosti e bolliti ) e i dolci dove puoi scegliere quello che vuoi . Ho mangiato della carne eccezionale( testa , lingua , zampone e cotechino ) dopo averli mangiati qui capisci che fatti come si deve sono tutta un altra cosa . Una meta nota altrettanti positiva e’ l’ottimo rapporto qualità / Prezzo .

31/03/2024: Wonderful place. A villa surrounded by greenery despite being in a town. Well-kept environment. Impeccable service and staff always smiling and ready to respond courteously and quickly to every request. Dishes with attention to the smallest details where tradition and innovation marry perfectly. I really appreciated the choice to make the most of local products and the choice of wines that puts our wines first, which are usually a little snubbed in many other wine lists. The dessert portions are a little generous. My sorbet was spectacular. I liked everything.
