Trattoria Fopla In Solignano

It's a shame that it's very far from our house otherwise I would come often

I've been frequenting this trattoria for over 30 years and I'm still enthusiastic about it. I've even introduced it to several friends who have thanked me for bringing them there. I've also celebrated several wedding anniversaries there, and it's always been a pleasure—the food, the service, and the hospitality.

With some friends we went to visit the Dallara museum, in the province of Parma. We left when it was lunchtime. We asked the guys at the museum ticket office for advice, and a girl who was not only beautiful but also very kind recommended this restaurant to us. She said, "You'll be happy, you'll see." I must say we were very happy. We ate very well, local, quality products, well prepared. We met the daughter who works as a waitress, and also the mother who is the cook, as well as other people who work there. It's a beautiful place surrounded by nature, with nice places where you can eat outside, in the cool air. But aside from the place, which we liked, I want to focus on the quality of the food, which was excellent and the price was also perfect. The wine was excellent. In short, we were super happy, so much so that we went back the next day too.

The food is good, plentiful, and affordable—a restaurant not to be missed! The dishes are well-prepared, and one portion is more than enough for one person, so you can even share! Very good and friendly service, and the food arrives quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is wonderful, thanks in part to the large green area and the woods! Not to be missed!

A truly special place, sure it is definitely out of the way but the food is worth the miles traveled

Excellent, homemade food with authentic flavors. Mrs. Gelsy is friendly and welcoming. The staff is very helpful. I recommend it without hesitation.
