A fantastic restaurant. What about the staff: although tired, the professionalism is impeccable. Always kind, he makes you feel like a guest at home. A beautiful place emerging in the greenery of the Parma hills (Solignano) Menu. Fantastic we chose a different menu so we could taste everyone. The fried dumplings and the dumplings were something we hadn't eaten in years. So good. it was 11 years ago!! Yes, I have already been when our daughter was only 8 months old. Due to commitments it was not possible to go earlier. I have never forgotten how good I felt. Ha ha I haven't forgotten about the owner. Strada complicata per arrivarci. Era sabato sera per cui folla oceanica e gran trambusto con tavolate enormi. Unpo' di attesa per mangiare credo per il pienone. L atendenza è un menu fisso al quale dosano le porzioni supponendo che uno voglia mangiare tutto cosa che noi ci siamo fermati presto. Cibo ottimo.

dietro suggerimento da parte del Caseificio Il Battistero distante pochi km (consiglio di andarci per acquistare i loro prodotti a km 0 -sono produttori-) ci siamo recati per il pranzo. Piacevole location, che si trova su una strada in mezzo ai boschi (pratica ed asfaltata), ampio parcheggio antistante, siamo stati accolti dal calore tipico della gente abituata ad avere "un sacco di gente"... ovvero sorriso, disponibilità, spontaneità ma anche professionalità. Abbiamo degustato gli antipasti di salumi con gnocco fritto ed una polenta e funghi "annegata nel parmigiano reggiano" che era una favola, ed un bis di primi (tortelloni ripieni alle erbe e tagliatelle ai funghi)... ma le portate abbondanti ci hanno fatto alzare bandiera bianca, quindi niente secondo. Dopo quasi tre quarti d'ora il locale ha iniziato a riempirsi di comitive di amici e famiglie che, clienti abituali presumo del locale, sapevano già di poter trascorrere un pranzo all'insegna del buon cibo... Ed è quello che nella mia minima esperienza voglio sottolineare. Il buon cibo, fatto in casa e servito.. per essere mangiato e non per essere criticato!!! Sicuramente ci tornerò e proverò anche i secondi. Colgo l'occasione per augurare ai gestori e a chi leggerà la mia recensione gli auguri di Buone Feste.
