02/11/2025: We had a divine pasta for lunch, the service was very kind and fast. Nice atmosphere and music playing, since we went in October there weren't many people, and we sat outside on the terrace. We were very satisfied with the place in terms of price-value ratio.

25/10/2025: Great food. Good and fair prices. The ambiance is fantastic—entrance through a vaulted cellar leads directly into a rustic house, which is just as rustic inside as it appears from the outside. This won't be our last visit in 7 days here on Lake Garda :-)

14/10/2025: A great café with excellent cappuccino! It's located right on the lake and offers a fantastic view. The brioche with pistachio cream is highly recommended. The Aperol is also very tasty. The value for money is very good.

02/10/2025: We went there several times during our vacation. Very friendly service. We also got snacks along with our drinks. 😊 Great view of Lake Garda. ⛰️⛵️ Prices are also really fair. An Aperol, for example, only cost €5.

11/12/2025: We stopped in unexpectedly between Duomo and a pizzeria closer to the Arena Verona. We walked in after seeing the walls lined with wine and were met by Giuseppe, we were seated and treated with so much kindness and respect. We asked him to surprise us with various wines throughout the night where he gave us multiple wines of all flavours, types and areas! He also gave us multiple breads and toppings to match the wines was such a great experience! We had a limited time in Verona and Giuseppe made it one to remember. Incredible! Love from your Australian friends ❤️

11/12/2025: Wonderful restaurant in Verona, love their friendly and organised service, we spent a wonderful evening and tasted almost everything, want to tell and recommend that this spot has really individual and tasty dishes. 02/12/2025: Here at the King of Tortellini, we ate truly excellent pumpkin tortelli, pear and Gorgonzola tortelli, and classic tortellini, as well as the famous Torta di Rose. Highly recommended for the location (the garden is also available in the summer) and the friendly, fast service.

08/11/2025: We took a bike tour from Peschiera to Valeggio and were "lured" here by the good reviews – and we weren't disappointed. We tried all sorts of tortellini variations, all absolutely delicious. The dessert was also worth the indulgence. We sat on the terrace and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Highly recommended!

10/11/2025: Good morning, I went to lunch at this restaurant yesterday with my family, and I have to say, we were very happy with the service, the fresh and raw fish, the preparation of the dishes, and the excellent wine recommended. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: Osteria Moderna – Verona is one of those guaranteed places that never disappoints. It's a burger joint, yes, but it's done really well. All the burgers I've eaten here have always been perfectly balanced: you never leave feeling so full, but not hungry either. You finish your sandwich satisfied, with the right feeling of having eaten well. I'm a big fan of the sandwich of the month. Even when it includes ingredients I don't often eat, I choose it without hesitation because I know the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the flavors always blend perfectly. It piques my curiosity every time, and I always end up choosing it, even when I promise myself I'll try something else on the menu. The service is fast, the place is very large, and there's almost always room, although on weekends or holidays it's best to book. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Kudos also to the staff: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, they help make the experience even more enjoyable. It's the ideal place to eat something truly good, without formalities or commitments. The only hope for the future: the arrival of a good IPA beer.

11/12/2025: The best: great atmosphere and decoration. Food was so so. I tried bigoli alla carbonara. Portion was normal, enough if you are not super hungry. Wine was good. Attention is kind. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of tables inside.

16/10/2025: We spent five days at a nearby campsite and ate there twice. The value for money was simply amazing. Everything was delicious. The pizza was very generous. The pasta portions were rather small. However, the paella was generous with seafood. All in all, highly recommended. Thank you so much!

26/09/2025: Very delicious food, the pizza is outstanding! Excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have had a bad day today; she's not very friendly. The outdoor seating is on the street, but you can tell that before you sit down. I'll definitely be back. And I have come back. Twice this holiday, in fact, and I was not disappointed. The pizza fruttidi di mare is a dream. The squid in tomato sauce with polenta was also delicious. The prices are also perfectly reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in the area.

12/10/2025: Personally, a terrible experience. The arrogant owner called us starving because we had the kids sit on a blanket on the lawn eating sandwiches we'd brought from home, while the eight of us adults sat at the table, ordering pitchers of beer but not initially ordering anything for ourselves. (Note that almost all the tables were free.) He told us it's a restaurant and therefore you have to order food, so I don't understand why they call themselves a brewery; perhaps it's convenient for them because otherwise half the customers would come. During the summer, many people stop for a beer after a walk, including us. But that's probably no longer enough for them, since he told us it's all his and we even had to ask to lay out a blanket for the kids. As for the beer... the red one is quite good, but I personally wouldn't recommend the other types. The food (we tried it previously, but today he didn't allow it) is average, although a bit pricey. It's a shame about this experience, because we've often spent wonderful afternoons together here, something that will never happen again. But he said this activity is just a hobby for him, so it's fine, even if the greed he showed today wouldn't seem like it.

26/09/2025: I can only leave a great review because they truly deserve it. I was immediately impressed by the location and the welcome I received. I tried the tasting menu and all the dishes amazed me with their taste and presentation. I'll be back soon to try other delicacies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

26/10/2025: Great food. We even had three vegans with us and they made dishes for them. I of course had the mixed grill with roasted potatoes and it was wonderful. I highly suggest going there. We also used the olive oil and balsamic that they make and also the red wine they make. Fifty stars for this restaurant.

14/10/2025: I haven't had a sirloin steak of this quality in years. It was cooked to perfection and so tender. A dream. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat there again. The friendliness and service were also first-class.

Lunch was a true triumph: the food served was of excellent quality and presented with almost obsessive attention to detail. Everything was delicious, but the sliced ​​meat deserves an honorable mention: tender and exceptionally flavorful. ​Despite the restaurant being fully booked, Cosimo, the owner, kindly took a couple of minutes to greet us, as we requested, demonstrating truly appreciable customer service. ​Finally, special praise goes to all the dining room staff for their courtesy and evident sensitivity towards our guests. Animals, a detail we particularly appreciated. ​I strongly encourage anyone passing through Sprea to visit this high-quality restaurant: it's definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: A true gem among the hills The restaurant is nestled in a beautiful hilly area, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere that captivates you from the first moment. The dishes are meticulously prepared with meticulous attention to the quality of the ingredients. And the meat? Simply extraordinary. I don't remember ever tasting meat so tender, flavorful, and well-cooked. A truly unforgettable experience for the palate. My sincere compliments to the entire staff. A place I will definitely return to—and one I recommend without hesitation!
