04/06/2026: Simply great! From the outside, it's very unassuming and not particularly appealing, just plain. That impression doesn't necessarily change when you enter the trattoria. But then the food arrives, wow! Every single dish is delicious, and at a reasonable price. A great trattoria if you don't care too much about appearances and want to eat well, cheaply, and with plenty of flavor. The truffle pasta, the lamb chops, and the pumpkin ravioli are amazing. Despite being busy, the service is very friendly. We'll be back!

27/05/2026: If I could, I would give zero stars for the service. We weren't served at all; there were five people working and only ten guests. One person kept pacing aimlessly with her eyes closed. Tables weren't cleared; they simply kept saying there were no free tables, even though three tables were empty and dirty. We weren't greeted. Only after 20 minutes of insistence did they clear the tables. But then, for half an hour, no one came, not even for drinks. We simply got up and left because they weren't serving three tables. There were only two of us, and we wouldn't have had anything to drink until midnight. This place doesn't need customers. They don't want to make money.

03/06/2026: Given that I'm in the industry, this place is nothing special: The waiters (except for Sonia, the girl who served desserts, who was very courteous and very nice, thank you) were truly inexperienced, lacking in professionalism, and zero friendliness—not even a smile. But let's start with the appetizers. A plate of nachos with melted cheese, guacamole, etc., served to the next table (which hadn't been ordered from that table), left there for a quarter of an hour because not even a single waitress was passing by. They pretended to take it to the kitchen, and then immediately brought it back to our table, cold, with cheese like glue and a blond hair added. The waiters came over one after the other to apologize because, since I'm blond, they thought the hair was mine, but the woman at the table where the dish had been brought before us was also blond, as was the waitress. Let's move on to the main dishes, which were a bit bland. The chili tasted the same as mine and the other person's burrito; usually, you should be able to taste the flavors of what's inside. However, there was also some added hair. It wasn't communicated because it seemed like a joke; we just put everything in a napkin and pretended nothing was happening... Let's move on to the desserts: exceptional churros, dulce de leche cheesecake, not suitable for diabetics, way too sweet...

31/05/2026: Beautiful and themed location, helpful but inexperienced staff, good food, but for the price, I expected much more. Will I go back? Yes, to try other menu combinations, but if it's a repeat of tonight's... it would be a shame.

02/05/2026: Very clean and well-kept inn. Very friendly staff. 10 minutes from Bardolino and 30 minutes from Sigurtà Park.

09/03/2026: We stayed for just one night, but we would have loved to stay longer! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and a wide selection. The owners were very kind and friendly. There's also a swimming pool.

19/07/2026: This was our first time eating at Officina dei Sapori...a really nice little place, excellent meat, and friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Highly recommended.

13/07/2026: Quiet, very well-kept place... Top-notch service... Excellent meat, the aging is top-quality.... Appetizers, one better than the other... We had dinner with friends... We were very happy... Outdoor space with a playground for children..! Michelle, the owner, is very knowledgeable in explaining the deals and giving advice to customers! You have to try it if you want to eat good, quality meat... because it's really worth it 😍 the prices are more than fair and honest!

01/07/2026: I've known this place for over twenty years, and it's always a reliable choice. Their signature dishes are their appetizers with bruschetta and cured meats, the onion soup (fantastic), and the excellent meat. The wine list is varied; ask the owners, who are very kind and friendly, for suggestions. We returned recently, and the atmosphere in the dining room was truly vibrant. It's true, the space isn't huge...but that's a plus, it's nice for that. A rustic and welcoming place to be.

17/04/2026: Truly a great experience, I had a great time. What can I say? We went as a group and tried the risotto trios. Unique flavors, but above all, very, very good. I must say the desserts were also truly excellent; you could really taste the high-quality products. The service was also very friendly, kind, and attentive. They even reserved a hill for us. I also really appreciated the small museum at the entrance where you can see the tools used for processing rice. Highly recommended.

21/07/2026: Great service, delicious ribs in BBQ sauce, tasty ravioli, but the portion size is more of a first course, but the coperto is €3. Other restaurants that charge €2 could follow their example. Sigh.
