29/04/2025: Very nice place, recently renovated, created from an old "face" basement. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Interesting menu with a good choice of various courses. I opted for a first course and a second course, really very, very good, especially the first course, and obviously the dessert, which however I must say did not fully convince me. However, all in all I was very satisfied with the dinner. The prices are also fair and in line with restaurants of the same category. I've been there before and I'll definitely be back. Ah... Better to book a few days in advance

You immediately feel welcome and completely at ease. You really get everything your heart desires here. Where the crisp air mixes with the scent of authentic cuisine and the deep beat of a bass that vibrates under the stars. That place is the Dolomites Geyser. Don't just call it a restaurant. It's not enough. It is a modern refuge nestled among the soft curves of the Val di Fassa, it is a terrace overlooking infinity where you can toast the sunset with a cocktail designed to excite you. Each dish is a story: short, intense, unforgettable. The ingredients speak Ladin, but the presentation borders on the design. Few dishes, zero compromises. Then comes the evening. And something happens there. The lights dim, the music rises. It doesn't matter if you skied all day or if you went up just out of curiosity. The Dolomites Geyser is like this: a place where the mountains become urban, and the cold is just an excuse to stay a little longer, drink a little better, live a little stronger......and in summer, a cool place to relax.

27/04/2025: My partner and I stopped at this place after finding it by chance on Google. We had a great time, pampered by the owner who takes care of everything: welcomes customers, cooks, provides room service and manages the cash register in total autonomy, without any collaborator and with record service times! The portions are generous and tasty. The butter gnocchi were special, they melted in your mouth, and the cacio e pepe pasta was also delicious. The Milanese cutlet tasted like home, it brought back memories of the one my grandfather always prepared. At the end of a wonderful lunch, the owner also recommended a beautiful walk on the Mezzolombardo suspension bridge, the beginning of which is located behind the cemetery, at the end of the Via Crucis, about a ten minute walk from the restaurant. I can only recommend this place, its kind and handyman owner and also the walk that followed. Everything perfect!

30/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with simply delicious food. We arrived as a couple with our dog. The owner greeted us with affection, even the dog was welcome, and we felt truly wanted. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. The owner was kind and very pleasant. I highly recommend the place and will definitely return on my next trip!

30/06/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant during our holiday in Molveno, we can't say we ate badly but the presentation of the dish and the service leave a lot to be desired, not to mention the porch closed by cellophane sheets that create a greenhouse effect. I'm sorry but we won't be back.

30/04/2025: A really nice restaurant! We ate there twice while staying nearby. We tried their pizzas which were really delicious. And then we got pasta, salad and a burger the second time, which was also good, but not quite up to par with their pizza. We also tried their tiramisu, which tasted good 😊

21/06/2025: A stone's throw from the Duomo, 100% plant-based! Restaurant with excellent and varied options, tables both inside and outside, many dessert options (all plant-based too). We will definitely be back, everything was delicious.

We were in love with his raw chocolate many years ago and then his vegan dessert, now we discovered his amazing cuisine 💚💚💚 Thank you sooooo much! We’d like to see you keep growing!!!
