A very nice restaurant. I had salmon fillet with vegetables and baked potatoes. Very tasty and everything cooked to perfection. Not over-seasoned.

A truly sensational restaurant. A gastronomic marvel in the heart of Trento, it exudes care and attention to detail, to the cuisine, and to the customer in general. You can tell that nothing is left to chance; every dish exudes mastery in culinary technique and in the choice of ingredients. The wait staff is friendly and professional, and the menu immerses diners in the purest heart of Trentino tradition. From carne salada to spaetzle, including tortel and strangolapreti (priest strudels); thinking back to every single dish I've tasted here makes me want to return to the city just for this restaurant. Hats off to the owners and all the staff, truly.

The place is okay and the food is good, but it didn't leave a special impression on me. Perhaps because I was alone, I didn't feel particularly welcomed. Having had a very warm hospitality experience elsewhere the day before, I wouldn't consider it among the places I'd most enthusiastically recommend.

A truly excellent experience! The restaurant offers a wide selection of champagnes, reds, and whites from around the world. The wine cellar is simply incredible, meticulously curated and packed with prestigious labels that will satisfy even the most discerning wine connoisseurs.
The service was impeccable: the staff were professional, attentive, and always available to recommend the perfect wine for each course. Their passion, expertise, and attentive service were evident.

We had lunch at this restaurant and the experience was decidedly positive from every perspective.
The setting is elegant and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere even during the day, ideal for a relaxed lunch break. The staff was professional, helpful, and attentive, providing fast and efficient service.
The dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, of excellent quality: fresh ingredients expertly prepared. There is a clear attention to detail, both in the cuisine and in the service.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent, perfectly in line with the offerings.
Overall, a more than satisfying lunch, highly recommended.
