28/04/2026: Found by chance during a visit to Bolsena, and dare I say, how lucky! Exceptional porchetta sandwich, with the option to add ingredients of your choice based on what's available at the time, such as eggplant, pecorino cheese, and other vegetables, all strictly homemade. Very pleasant house wine and more than fair prices. Just thinking about the porchetta rind still makes my mouth water 🤤. PS: I appreciated the Olympian calm in making the sandwiches; if you're in a hurry, go to a fast food restaurant 😘.

13/05/2026: One of the most delicious restaurants we've tried in all of northern Italy! We stayed three nights at Molfino and dined there three times. Each time, the food was incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the service was wonderful—friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. I recommend the grilled fish dishes, especially the red tomato-based fish, which were delicious, juicy, and spicy. I also recommend the fried saldrina with a layer of bread, prepared in the traditional Molfino style (steamed and suitable for children). It comes with a generous portion of delicious boiled vegetables. It's one of the most beautiful cuisines I've ever tasted, and the chef and dishes are fantastic, especially for Arab and Gulf cuisine. The vegetable soup with beans is perfect for cold weather, and the portion is generous. 👍🏻 Brother Karim Al-Maghribi was very welcoming, friendly, polite, and provided fast service. He also gave excellent recommendations. May God reward him! He's truly creative. 🌟 I'll add photos of the dishes. Enjoy! 🌺

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant by chance. The welcome and service were excellent. There was a wide selection of dishes and superb presentation. The dishes we tried were excellent and plentiful. A truly exceptional discovery. We will definitely be back.

02/05/2026: Beautiful place, both outside for the view, the animals in the barn and on the pasture, and inside. Good food, perhaps the service could be a little quicker. Anyway, very good, we'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: The food was unfortunately very disappointing. What was served as fish carpaccio tasted more like cheap supermarket cold cuts and was already dried out. The main courses were also unbalanced in flavor and significantly oversalted.

01/04/2026: This was such a cute, cosy little place with incredible attention to detail when it came to the interior design. We ordered the bruschetta to start - which was really fresh and absolutely delicious - and then a pasta dish and the polenta with mushroom, which were both quite nice too. There was a problem with the card machine when we tried to pay but they managed to get it working again so we’re didn’t have to pay with cash.

29/03/2026: It's a beautiful place, with incredible service. We're an Argentinian family, and we were amazed by the food: it made us feel like we were spending a Sunday at our grandparents' house. The human warmth was truly special. My compliments to the chef and the entire team.

09/05/2026: Quality products and olive oil. The sign outside says "no pets allowed." However, upon inquiry, our Golden Retriever (clean and well-behaved) was allowed on the covered veranda, a quiet and well-ventilated spot. In case of an urgent need, he could quickly and easily exit through the veranda's sliding doors. Water was provided.

06/05/2026: We were warmly welcomed at this Molveno osteria, where we sampled local dishes. The quality was truly excellent: the first course, pappardelle with mountain pine topped with hand-chopped chamois ragù, was so good we wished the portion had been larger. As for the venison morsels, a photo of which is attached, there's nothing more to say: they speak for themselves.
