13/08/2025: I stopped for lunch during a solo motorcycle tour of Monte Baldo. I had lunch on the terrace. I hadn't booked. The weather and view were perfect. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Recommended.

12/08/2025: I'd like to begin with my sincere congratulations to the owners and staff of Maso Palù for the magnificent evening they hosted my daughter and her husband's wedding dinner. The courtesy, attentiveness, and discretion of the entire staff are commendable, and were even more appreciated on this special occasion. Now let's move on to the more enjoyable part of the experience. The reception, held on the lawn overlooking the farmhouse, immediately delighted our palates with a variety of offerings that paired perfectly with the Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs we chose for the occasion. The evening then continued inside the Maso with a menu consisting of: Maso Appetizer - Polenta with Baldo Truffle, Carne Salada Carpaccio, Puff Pastry Crunch with Fresh Alpine Ricotta, and finally, Potato Rosticciata and Apple Salad. Everything was excellent, with the polenta and the crunchy pastry enhancing each other. First courses - Risotto creamed with Trento DOC and Trentingrana cheese, aromatic mountain herbs, and Garda lemon zest, as well as fresh homemade tortelli with fresh ricotta, zucchini, and Baldo saffron. If I could go back today, I wouldn't know which to choose, both were so delicious. Second courses - Sorne trout fillet in a potato and pistachio crust, Gewurztraminer sauce, and seared cabbage. I should point out that I'm not a fan of fish, let alone trout, but here Maso Palù outdid itself with such perfection that I chose the trout over the fillet that followed. Slow-cooked beef fillet with Baldo black truffle. Fresh pre-dessert - Zirmol pine ice cream with dark chocolate crumble. Definitely worth a try. Well done, well done, well done, and congratulations and thanks again for what I found to be impeccable service.

02/07/2025: Just isolated enough to eat with only the sound of grazing cows. The managers are thoughtful and courteous. Excellent cuisine for the quality of the ingredients, a remarkable mix of typical and original readings. A rich menu that leaves you wanting to return.

11/04/2025: Nonostante venga a Campiglio da moltssimi anni non conoscevo questo posto. Grazie ad un amico che mi ci ha portato sono stato al Palù ed ho scoperto un ambiente suggestivo incastonato nella natura sopra Campo Carlo Magno. Arredi in stile rifugio moderno di montagna ed accoglienza calorosa fanno presagire ottimi piatti. La cucina è buona anche se rispetto ai miei gusti forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso, in prticolare per l'uovo come antipasto che lo credevo intero anzichè in forma liquida mescolato al resto del condimento. Il cervo buono ed il vino d'accompagnamento piacevole. Sono convinto che vi siano altri gustosi piatti da provare e per questo motivo vorrò tornarci. Il prezzo è nella media, direi congruo per la location e la qualità dell'offerta (€ 45-50 a testa contate di investirle).

01/08/2025: Delicious pizza with a dough made with carefully selected ancient grain flours. The crust is a bit thick but crispy. Excellent ingredients. I had a Melinda pizza and I must say I was really won over by the combination! The strudel was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and the prices were very fair! When I return to Croviana, I will definitely be repeating the experience.

31/07/2025: Had dinner with friends. The pizza was EXCELLENT, one of the best I've ever had, both in terms of the dough and the quality of the toppings. We'll be back, highly recommended!

28/07/2025: Echt heerlijk gegeten hier! Top bediening ook en zeer vriendelijk! Het eten was op en top Italiaans en dus heerlijk genoten. We gaan deze vakantie zeker nog een keer. Ze spreken daar zelfs goed Nederlands. Echt een aanrader!😋👍🏻

27/07/2025: Wat hebben wij heerlijk drie avonden heerlijk gegeten hier. Voortreffelijke, vriendelijke bediening. Ongedwongen maar toch zeer efficiënt en maken tijd voor een gezellige praatje. Hoogstaand eten met heerlijke desserts. Veel restaurants mogen bezoeken tijdens onze vakanties in Italië maar La Vecchia hoort zeker in de top 2. Kortom een absolute aanrader.

03/08/2025: È molto bello questo posto,c'è un parco gigante con tanti giochi per bambini: gli ,scivoli,una casa sull albero e la carrucola! Si mangia benissimo e arriva in pochissimo tempo! Dietro c'è un parco avventura e di fianco si vede passare il rafting! Lo consigliamo!
