22/08/2025: The four of us went for lunch. We're not locals, but we were in Piobico on vacation and wanted to try it out. From the outside, it looks like a wine bar, but they also serve food, and the food is very good. The wine and grappa were also very good. The owner is knowledgeable and friendly, and the price is excellent. I have no complaints.

24/07/2025: An Enchanting Stay at Hotel RivaMia – Thank you, Mr. Renato! Our recent vacation at Hotel RivaMia was simply perfect, and much of the credit goes to the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. Renato. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail that distinguishes the hotel. The location is ideal for fully enjoying the area. The attached restaurant deserves special mention. Every meal was a true delight, with dishes combining authentic flavors and exquisite presentation. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the service is always attentive and courteous. However, what made our experience truly unforgettable was the discreet yet essential presence of Mr. Renato. His sensitivity and innate ability to anticipate our every need made all the difference. With his availability and genuine smile, he managed to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, making us feel pampered and at ease at all times. He's not only an exemplary professional, but also a person who genuinely cares about the well-being of his guests. Thanks to Mr. Renato and the entire team at Hotel RivaMia, our vacation was truly a blessing, a time of pure relaxation and pleasure. We can't wait to return! Rating: 5/5 stars!

21/08/2025: I returned after nine years, and I must say it left a bitter taste in my mouth. They renovated the restaurant, and in my opinion, it's lost that sense of warmth that these mountain places usually convey. The cuisine has also changed, with a modern twist. For example, orecchiette with clams and mushrooms. In short, it's Milanese cuisine, not Canazei, and in winter, I hope the portions are for energy recovery, not for tasting. The staff is friendly, a little inexperienced. They definitely don't have the attention you expect from a 4-star superior hotel. The room was clean—I stayed in a junior deluxe—and spacious, with a huge bathroom with a window. I would only recommend a few more hangers for bathrobes and for the winter, and a few more hooks for hanging clothes. Oh, and I forgot, the closet is really small. I didn't have a bad experience; I want to encourage them to improve a little on the attention to detail, which, I repeat, 4-star hotels deserve. The spa in the basement is truly superb, and the pool is almost Olympic-sized. The location is excellent! 10 meters from the Belvedere ski lift and 50 meters from the town center.

17/08/2025: The Pareda Hotel is located right next to the Belvedere cable car (therefore right in the center and in an excellent location, especially for skiing). It's a clean and comfortable hotel, with a more than decent wellness area. I stayed in a spacious Deluxe Traditional room with two terraces. So far, it was in keeping with the hotel's 4-star rating and would have fully met my expectations. But now comes the weak point...or rather, the embarrassing one. Upon arrival, we were told that the dinner menu is à la carte, so we choose our dishes on the spot. The following are always offered: 1 meat 1 fish 1 vegetarian. The vegetable buffet consists of 5/6 bowls of vegetables (always the same): tomato, lettuce, carrots, corn. There is no cooked vegetables (not even boiled potatoes) except, a couple of evenings, a meager platter of grilled zucchini. The menus are inspired by MasterChef, but they don't quite live up to it. Bread, which is available in baskets for breakfast in the morning, is brought to the table in a meager basket in the evening. It contains: half a rosetta (half!!), two slices of brown bread, and four or five "Bibanesi" (small, rounded breadsticks, for those unfamiliar with them). When I asked for more white bread, I was told they didn't have any. The second time, they brought me two more slices of brown bread. Salt (which is missing from every dish...perhaps they're concerned about the customer's health) has to be requested every time, as it's not on the table. The cuisine is, at the very least, "alternative." Dishes have little or nothing to do with local cuisine, but above all, the emphasis is on presentation (flavor and quantity are secondary). One evening, I asked for two scrambled eggs or some cold cuts instead of the usual offerings. I was told it wasn't possible due to an unspecified kitchen policy (I've never asked for such a simple alternative and been refused, not even... remember, we're talking about a 4-star hotel). The next evening, after yet another presentation of a completely charred dish, I decided to cancel my half-board and not dine at the hotel again. Management, completely inattentive to this problem, which was left to Mrs. Lara (a caring and capable person), let me know they'd give me a credit for the last dinner, which I hadn't eaten, so... thank goodness. I wasn't able to express my complaints to the owners (who were present, but apparently only in case there was praise to be had), but I politely pointed out to Lara that a hotel with such high potential and top-notch services should definitely reconsider this aspect of its catering, which is seriously penalizing it. I should point out that I stayed for 14 days, so I could also see the disappointment of other guests who had come and gone. The dining room staff was courteous and did their best to "patch up" these unpleasant situations.

06/09/2025: Excellent menu, excellent cuisine, friendly staff, and a very unique location with a display of thousands of beer bottles collected by the pizzeria owner. We had a great time, a real surprise because we stumbled upon it by pure chance.

02/05/2025: Con alcuni amici, trovandoci in zona, abbiamo pensato di fare una escursione da Cavareno ai laghetti di Ruffré, il tutto intervallato da una piacevole sosta per il pranzo presso l’Agritur Coflari Ranch. Siamo stati fortunati e, anche per la bellissima giornata, abbiamo potuto pranzare all’aperto. Il posto é molto gradevole, tenuto molto bene ed accogliente. Buono il servizio, i piatti (molto abbondandi) si sono confermati gustosi e pienamente rispettosi della migliore tradizione trentina (tortei di patate, carne salada e cavolo cappuccio con speck, é stata la nostra scelta). Il prezzo contenuto e rispondente alle caratteristiche e qualità delle materie prime. Una ottima esperienza, in un tranquillo e bellissimo contesto.

14/08/2025: We had lunch at El Panarel after a pleasant walk in the woods from Canazei. The owner welcomed us, serving us quickly and kindly. I had the tuna and onion pizza, delicious, flavorful, and crispy, with an excellent sourdough crust. My wife had the ricotta gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, delicious, a specialty. We ate lunch at the outdoor tables, quiet and cool. The prices are very good for the Val di Fassa.

25/08/2025: The best pizza in Canazei, hands down! The staff is very friendly and always available. The restaurant, in typical mountain style, is welcoming and spacious. The prices are fair, especially considering the Canazei area.

21/08/2025: Located in Val Canali, with magnificent views of the Dolomites. Large and welcoming structure. Excellent outdoor space, both for dining and relaxing on the loungers.

10/08/2025: Great for après-ski! It's especially nice when evening falls and the crowds die down. The music might be a bit loud, but there are areas where you can't really hear it.

27/07/2025: I've known this refuge for years; we often went there because we had friends staying there while we stayed in a nearby hotel. It was always a pleasure to join them for a chat or a drink with friends. We returned this year with great pleasure: after enjoying some excellent aperitifs, we decided to stay for dinner as well. We went up by snowmobile, a truly fun and evocative experience that made the evening even more special. The food is good, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the location... enchanting, to say the least. A refuge that offers true emotions in the middle of the mountains.

16/06/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is ideally located for nature and hiking lovers, and the spa area is perfect for relaxing after an active day. Everything was perfect, but what impressed us the most was Isabella and Stefano – extraordinary hosts, who give this place a special charm. Another big plus was the food – especially the vegetarian options! Everything was cooked with great taste, from fresh and local ingredients. It is clear that the emphasis is on quality and on the satisfaction of each guest, regardless of culinary preferences. Each meal was a real surprise – balanced, tasty and carefully presented. Even those who are not necessarily vegetarians would appreciate the cuisine here! We will definitely be back next year – it is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and enjoy true Italian hospitality!

30/08/2025: A very welcoming family-run agriturismo. Mrs. Renata is attentive and great company. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, especially the gluten-free and vegetarian dumplings: truly delicious! The outdoor area is very large, with animals and children's games. Highly recommended.
