26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

01/12/2025: Quality, kindness, and customer service are all in addition to the deliciousness of the dishes. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, explaining the daily specials and not forgetting to specify the price. We tried a tuna tartar for two, which was brought to us already plated in two separate portions—another thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated—and a generous and high-quality mixed grill. The price was in line with the quality of the ingredients used.

20/10/2025: The restaurant is located on the provincial road that leads from Rovereto to Rovina. Shortly after the town of Romagnano, you can see the road leading to "Mas della Fam" on the left. After parking the car, we walked a short stretch of cobblestone road to the restaurant entrance, where we were greeted kindly and cordially, I presume, by the owner, who escorted us to our table. Shortly afterward, the waiter joined us, who kindly took our order. We ordered two appetizers, one of which was potato tortello with cabbage and mixed cold cuts. I must say the tortello was very good, of which there were actually two, and the cold cuts were excellent and fresh. The second course was Carne Salda (salted meat), also accompanied by cabbage and shavings of excellent Grana Parmigiano cheese. Drink 1/2 liter of still water and two glasses of Altemadi Brut vintage white wine, which accompanied the two first courses of Baccalà dei Frati with Storo polenta. To call them excellent is to understate the product... definitely worth repeating... If you want to spend an evening in a truly peaceful setting, in a location where you can enjoy the view of the Adige Valley, savoring delicious and excellent dishes, I highly recommend it. The menu, of course, offers a truly delicious and interesting variety. What can I say? Oh... I forgot, also because when you've had a good time and are satisfied, the bill is the last thing you pay... and anyway. The cost per person, including appetizer, first course, water, wine, and coffee, is only slightly more than you'd pay for a good pizza and beer. I recommend it. Treat yourself and try it. Let me know.

02/11/2025: A very popular, upscale Italian restaurant. To get a window seat with a lake view, you should arrive early. Otherwise, a reservation is necessary. The menu is also available in German. Very good wines by the glass. Creative cuisine, not the usual fare you find elsewhere. Friendly service. Special requests, like a small salad not on the menu, are no problem. Large pizzas with very generous toppings. The quality of the ingredients could be better, but the price-performance ratio is very good. Delicious. No pepper mill. Vinegar and oil are mediocre. €2.60 cover charge per person is ambitious. Recommended.

19/10/2025: A very nice little restaurant on the mountain not far from Torbole. The view of Lake Garda and Torbole from the terrace is magnificent! You can dine outside or inside. A rustic ambiance in vaulted rooms, friendly service, and delicious food. We loved it and would happily recommend this little restaurant!

22/11/2025: A true gem in Riva del Garda! Pizza Stop is not just a pizzeria, but a full-fledged restaurant with an incredible selection of homemade Italian dishes. We returned several times and each time tried something different—everything was fresh, authentic, and prepared with passion. You can feel not only the atmosphere of northern Italy here, but also the Sicilian spirit in its many flavors and aromas. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the food… simply first-class. If you want to experience authentic Italian cuisine at its finest, you absolutely must visit this place!

09/09/2025: What can I say? I'd go back a thousand times. It's a super welcoming and family-friendly place, excellent value for money. I definitely recommend trying the traditional dishes. One dinner was enough for me to fall in love with your waitress, haha—she's beautiful, witty, and professional.

06/12/2025: I'll start by saying I frequented this restaurant before it changed management and thought it was AMAZING! EVERYTHING has changed under the new management (starting at the end of November 2025). The potato tortel was full, full of oil, and had no accompanying sauce. Then I ordered the canaderli, and that was the biggest disappointment: they used VEGETABLE STOCK for the broth, and the canaderli had a sour aftertaste (maybe there was a particular spice, but they were inedible, so I left them there). Four of us went for dinner, and all four of us had reflux, nausea, and heartburn. Total disappointment! I've brought several friends and family here to try Trentino cuisine, but of course they'll never see me again!

06/12/2025: This restaurant recently changed ownership and is definitely to be avoided. The wait was too long. The sour dumplings were served with stock cubes. The pork cheek (which was supposed to be with Teroldego but wasn't, despite the menu specifically stating it) was tasteless; it tasted like Simmental cheese. Flavorless polenta. The potato tarts were too greasy and tasteless, served without sauce (it's usually served with blueberry or berry jam). The only thing I appreciated was the 18-lune grappa, simply because it's not homemade. The food under the old management was much better, and I frequented it for a long time.

11/12/2025: Guys, really... a Fiorentina steak for €81?! For a moment, I didn't feel like I was in Gardolo... I felt like I was in the heart of Florence, next to the Ponte Vecchio, eating a 24-karat gold-plated steak 😂 The other prices were normal... but the Fiorentina, in my opinion, felt a little too important: maybe she'd grown up in a private school, or taken piano lessons... and that's why she was charging €81 🤣 Conclusion: The meat was good... but not good enough to make me sell a kidney to pay for it 😂
