Delicious pizza, dark beer – perfect! The ambiance was simple but good; typically Italian, with a beer garden and plastic chairs. Service was good, and the staff was friendly.

🌟 A true slice of Rome in the heart of Trento! If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Roman tradition in Trentino, this place is an absolute must. The cuisine is simply excellent. The menu ranges from classic Roman first courses, such as cacio e pepe (which deservedly gives the place its name), a textbook carbonara and amatriciana, to the signature gricia. In addition to meat dishes, the selection is vast, ranging from excellent seafood, crispy fried dishes, rich appetizers, and excellent pizzas. The desserts are also noteworthy, truly delicious and the perfect way to end your dinner. What made the experience even more special was the welcome: a heartfelt thank you to the kind lady who served us all evening with a wonderful smile, making us feel at home.

Run by two Roman brothers, top-notch Roman cuisine! The pizza is also excellent. The atmosphere is well-maintained and informal. Great place at fair prices.

The Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara were top-notch. The fried fish was delicious, and the potatoes that accompanied it were sublime. Cooked with their skins on, delicious. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind. A very friendly employee came from the kitchen and served us our first courses. Alessandro, the waiter, was polite and kind. This restaurant is located next to the Vignola tennis courts. You can dine at tables for two along a corridor with large windows offering a full view of two tennis courts. The interior is welcoming, and the service is friendly and attentive. We were a group of eight. I had the eggplant parmigiana cooked in a glass bowl, with lots of tomato sauce and mozzarella. I didn't like it; I prefer the parmigiana left in a slice. The cacio e pepe dish was quite good, the roasted ribs with potatoes were good, and the cold antipasto was good and plentiful. The pizza was our favorite dish. A varied selection of both meat and fish dishes, with a menu focused on Roman cuisine. Prices are reasonable.

A lovely place in the upper eastern outskirts of Trento. Surrounded by greenery, it also has a pleasant outdoor area. Inside, it's simple but welcoming. Service is fairly quick. The supplì are good, but a bit different from the hot, freshly made ones I'm used to in Rome. The gricia, however, was really good, with a generous portion and a generous and creamy topping. The pizza was also good. The dessert... was average; let's say it tasted quite commercial, definitely not up to par with the rest of the food we ate. For four of us, we paid around €120, including three appetizers, two first courses, a pizza, a second course, and two desserts. Drinks were limited to Coca-Cola and a Hugo. Ample outdoor parking.

The pasta was top-notch, especially the cacio e pepe. The only thing that was forgettable was the aglio e olio, but overall it was excellent. :)

Great food… highly recommended… a hidden gem

If you're looking for authentic Roman Carbonara, this is the place! Excellent food, impeccable service. Beautiful venue, ample parking. Top prices! €37 for two including an appetizer, main course, drinks, and coffee. Wednesday is Carbonara Day (only €10 for a huge plate of delicious, creamy carbonara). Be wary of any negative reviews; they won't have good taste.

The cacio e pepe is fabulous, as is the Roman-style artichoke. Fried artichokes are also good.
