Cognola In Trento

Simply good Italian cuisine at reasonable prices. The landlord and the service are really nice, helpful and always quick. We always went over to eat from the Hotel Villa Madruzzo, simply because it was so good and nice.

Excellent restaurant located in the beautiful part of Trento. Hospitality and friendliness reign supreme. Well done Alessio together with his staff. I advise.

Dinner with friends. I haven't been for a while but I have to say it's always worth it. from the starters to the dessert, everything was delicious. We had different things, the mixed starter where the courgette flowers were special, the pizza with cereal flour amazed me. Really excellent. Delicious aubergines with parmigiana gricia and carbonara. Angus fillet served with cacio e pepe potatoes, superb and cooked as required. Fast, friendly and friendly service. In short, super recommended but remember to book and it's always very full

A truly great lunch! The shared starter of vegetables, burrata and focaccia with porchetta was excellent. The gricia is delicious! We were served quickly with great courtesy. Quiet outdoor place in the Argentario sports center area. Spartan but comfortable! Well done!

Un ristorante accogliente che propone ottimi piatti della migliore tradizione romanesca. Pasta alla carbonara, amatriciane e cacio e pepe, carciofi alla romana e alla giudia, ottima scelta di pizze e piatti di mare. Personale molto gentile.

The Roman menu is enticing, but compared to my previous visit, which was quite good, this one was a notch below. Especially the pizzas, both salty, one almost crispy and the other undercooked (on the positive side, the toppings were generous). There was some lack of attention to details (gritty "puntarelle", imperfectly trimmed artichokes). Service by a young waiter was vey charming, but service from the kitchen was slow. The room is large and can be a bit noisy. Prices are fair. After two different experiences, one positive and the other not disastrous but overall *just* acceptable, I might come back when in the area for something different from pizza and for their Roman offerings which are not easy to find in this region; but now I'm a bit hesitant in recommending to others.
