In addition to the food we really appreciated the waitress Jessica who, to the skill and kindness that she reserved for us, added a delicious sympathy that amused us a lot, a very welcome surprise!!! The Modenese/Tuscans, (there were 5 of us) were very happy ❣️ Ps. The icing on the delicious cake: THEY VERY WILLINGLY ACCEPT ANIMALS 👏👏👏❤️

01/07/2025: What a nice experience, beautiful and somewhat remote location. Despite the fact that it was very busy at that time, we were kindly welcomed and given a place under the canopy. Which was nice considering that it would start raining later. We were informed that it could take a while before our food would be served, considering that there was a large group present, but all in all it was not too bad. We had a very nice meal, friendly and correct service and the atmosphere under the canopy and the large parasols was great despite the heavy rain 👍🏻. We have been coming to Riva for several years and this was the first time we chose this restaurant, but definitely recommended and you will see us more often !!! See you soon 👋🏻

29/06/2025: A first-class restaurant in Riva! The service, the dishes, the quality, the ambiance: everything was top-notch and the tastiest thing I've eaten in Riva. We were there three evenings, and they were the best evenings of the week! It's set in a beautiful, quiet courtyard. The food is prepared and served with love! I can only recommend it.

12/05/2025: I too would do as someone who said that they would like not to praise Mr. Luigi and his activity too publicly, but to be honest I really think I have to write my opinion which - from what I read - does not differ from what many other people have already said. I met Mr. Luigi almost 9 months ago, by pure chance and on the recommendation of my cousin's husband. I was looking for a butcher's shop that made sausages like they used to and, to my great surprise, I was catapulted into a world different from the usual butcher's shops. I thought I'd order what I needed and go out but instead...! I listened, enchanted and for I don't know how long, to the story of Mr. Luigi's philosophy, who manages the materials he uses in a totally different way from other butchers and delicatessens. I admired Mr. Luigi, who over the years was able to keep faith with his very particular ideas, resisting many difficulties, because at the beginning few people understood him, but with the support of his family, who had slightly conflicting needs with the long time needed for the business to establish itself. I tasted its various cured meats and discovered preparations with very little salt and lots of flavour. What can I say! For a person used to entering a "normal" shop it was definitely a shock, but extremely pleasant, so much so that I returned several times and I really think I will return as long as Mr. Luigi manages his business. Then, what can I say, I finally discovered one of the few shops - perhaps the only one! - who in the valley makes apple strudel really "like in the old days", like my mother, born in Mezzano, used to make: crazy pasta and not the usual and anonymous greasy and overly sweetened puff pastry, local apples, with little sugar. For me, half a Primier and above all a greedy adorer of old-fashioned strudel (which I can't make at home because I don't have adequate space to roll out the dough), it was another surprise, so I took the strudel for myself and also brought it to a cousin's family. Congratulations, therefore, also to Mrs. Simonetta, who I hope will continue to make many, many strudels for years to come. Then I wouldn't forget the milk grappa! My hometown partner isn't used to alcohol, but that grappa didn't create the slightest "alcoholic" problem for me! Deduction? That was also very well made, with quality products. Of course, you pay a little more for everything, but at least you can taste all the real flavors and you don't end up with a palate ruined by too much salt, too much sugar and too many chemicals! in conclusion, thank you Mr. Luigi and Mrs. Simonetta! Continue like this, also because it seems to me that you have now won over a good number of customers, from the valley and also from outside the valley. See you on my next vacation, we will definitely see each other! I forgot: I will absolutely have to thank my cousin and her husband who introduced me to your business

20/04/2025: I recommend a stop in this butcher's shop and delicatessen, to try unique products with an authentic flavor that Mr. Luigi and his wife will make you taste with great skill.

11/06/2025: Great place, family friendly, beautiful landscape, very tasty pizza in the restaurant, delicious desserts. And wonderful staff. I've been at camping vidor 4 times and will come back for sure :)

08/06/2025: Beautiful location, but there are some aspects that really need to be reviewed We stayed at Camping Vidor and, let's start with the positives: the location is splendid, immersed in the greenery of the Dolomites with breathtaking views. The pitches are spacious, well-kept and guarantee a good level of privacy and comfort. However, there are several negative aspects that significantly lower the quality of the experience. First of all, the pool area leaves a lot to be desired: poor maintenance, not particularly clean water and a general sense of neglect, which is surprising considering the level (and price) of the campsite. Another sore point: the wellness area. The saunas are accessible only in nudist mode, with no alternatives. No possibility of accessing them with a swimsuit or with "textile-friendly" options — a choice that is not very inclusive and limiting for many families or simply for those who do not feel comfortable. But what really left me perplexed is that in 2025 a campsite that asks for more than €100 per day for a pitch still charges the kilowatts of electricity separately. A choice that seems anachronistic and not very transparent, especially considering the already premium prices of the stay. In short: location and pitches promoted, but management of some services and quality/price ratio to be seriously reviewed

22/04/2025: The hotel is in a great location, situated on a hill from where you can see a beautiful panorama of the mountains and the town below, plus great Alpine decor. Very nice service, which saves this hotel and gives stars for the service. The hotel's minuses: Children's playroom - with only painted walls for smaller children, and a TV room For older people, table football and ping-pong An appeal to the owners - it's not even a playroom because there are no toys or facilities for children! On the first day there were small blocks, but when the children poured them out, the lady already hid them and there were no more of them :( And it's a hit that the room is closed when the staff member leaves for a break... but why? When there's nothing there and the children have somewhere to run... The second thing is the food in the hotel :( a disaster It's a 4* hotel and powdered scrambled eggs for breakfast.... additional orders and other hot dishes are paid extra and it's the same every day... However, I do not recommend the evening dishes, they are expensive and the portions are for children (photo attached) The hotel is a real waste of money - we were a large group and we would leave our money with you and there is a great restaurant nearby where they serve great dishes in normal portions and prices The whole situation is saved by the manager and the staff, but the owner should think about changes since he has 4* Best regards

27/05/2025: We had dinner at the agriturismo paolazzi. They make the best potato pizza ever! Even though they were busy for a private event they found us a place and served us quickly. The pizzas are very abundant and the place is very suggestive. I often take people who come to visit Trentino because it is worth it. I will be back soon! Thanks

02/06/2025: What can I say, the lady cooks in a divine way, char and trout cooked in various ways, one better than the other. A special note goes to the quality of the fish that is raised by them, without a doubt the best I have ever eaten and this is said by a lover of trout and char.

15/06/2025: La Casa del Caffè was a pleasant surprise in Trento. In addition to the different types of coffee from various countries, which can be purchased and ground on the spot, Mr. Lucca and the other staff members - in addition to being great connoisseurs of quality coffee - are always extremely kind to me and my small children.

29/04/2025: Traveling with my wife, we decided to stop here for lunch given the excellent location of the property. From the restaurant you can enjoy a view of Lake Caldonazzo. We took 1 appetizer with typical products of the area and we were amazed by the quantity of food contained in the dish, so much so that we shared it. As a first course we opted for a plate of fresh homemade pasta and seasoned with mixed mushrooms. All very good. Price in line with what is consumed. Polite and kind staff. If you are in the area, I recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner. When I happen to be in these parts again, I will certainly return to taste other dishes. Well done, keep it up.

14/06/2025: The best pizza you can eat in Valsugana fresh and tasty ingredients I recommend the pizzas with burrata wide choice - and gluten-free pizzas focaccias like I have not found elsewhere special pizza with hot Nutella for dessert with and without gluten

19/05/2025: What a lovely place. We passed through town and stumbled in around 2 p.m. and asked if they would still make us some lunch. We were welcomed immensely friendly by the owner who swiftly offered us a baby seat for our daughter. We ordered Antipasti alle Casa, Gulash con Polenta and Pasta alla Selvaggina and everything was absolutely incredible and satisfying. We could really tell that everything was homemade with lots of love. The quality of the food was outstanding! Don't let yourself be fooled by the somewhat old school interior - you will be rewarded with authentic and fantastically tasteful dishes and warm-hearted people. We will definitely come again when we are in the area.
