04/03/2026: Nice, quiet, clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good, light pizza.

02/03/2026: A short, sad story. Viennese takeout pizza = pure tomato preserves, but above all, it's sensational. I find the sausages soggy, thrown away raw after cooking. 🤣🤣🤣 I've never seen anything like it, I don't know if it's more worthy of a review or a nas. Flour under the pizza, so even rolling it out isn't good enough. Extremely thin dough, but hard to digest. We laugh about it, but it's not so good, how can you do it? Do these people at home eat raw, soggy, gelatinous sausages without the taste of cooking? Not even the dog at my place! Expensive too. P.S. I'll add: provola-speck pizza with tasteless provola, and whatever... but above all, the speck is cut, you know, like a sort of short julienne instead of slices, unpalatable. From Italian staff we expect a minimum of gastronomic culture, the basics, eh, not more... for a pizza... guys, learn to eat before cooking for others, otherwise it's better to leave it to the kebab shops who do better, at least in Caldonazzo for sure 😂😂😂😂

04/01/2026: I was there with a friend and colleague of mine, and we'll be back to celebrate her birthday. It's a magnificent place.

08/10/2025: The food was nice, not great, the prices are a bit high, especially of the drinks and desserts, and the view is great, so all in all 4 stars. The location of this restaurant is great! It is inside a beautiful garden of a hotel, with a small lake nearby. We had the lasagna which was great and the pasta with cherry tomatoes and burrata cheese which was good, but very simple. Our child had the schnitzel with chips and the schnitzel was so thin there was barely any chicken in it, which made it hard to eat for a toddler. The tiramisu was also good, a bit heavy. The service was a bit slow, as the restaurant was full. It took us about 10 mins to get the check.

17/11/2025: Saturday evening, not crowded, nice atmosphere inside, fast, professional, and friendly service, the waitress very nice. The pizza chef makes a truly exceptional pizza; the dough isn't heavy, and the toppings are really balanced. The price for the evening was modest (I paid for two people). Overall, I'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. All in all, everything was great!

08/03/2026: Restaurant customer. The portions were definitely too small for the price. The apple pie was basically just batter; the apples were missing. A very disappointing experience.

03/02/2026: A well-maintained farmhouse in an enviable location. Every time we travel to Trentino, it's a must-see. A truly well-maintained farm, with a tour with their staff that's worth it. A truly excellent restaurant.

24/01/2026: A very large venue with plenty of space both inside and out, it's often used for birthdays and various other functions, so reservations are recommended. There's a bit of a wait for food, but that's justified by the large seating capacity. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we left feeling satisfied and full. I'm sure I'll return in the future because I had such a great time. The price is in line with the food.

31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

14/02/2026: I strongly advise against it unless you really have a lot of time to waste. It's a familiar pattern at this place. You call, make a reservation, wait 30 minutes, and then you don't get a seat, while the staff keeps telling you your table is becoming available! Then you give up and go eat somewhere else. I'd say tonight is the final act...we definitely won't be back!

22/02/2026: The food and hospitality were excellent. We stayed with Smartbox and had a great time. The restaurant offers truly fabulous, well-prepared dishes. The wellness area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the ritual with ice and essential oils in the sauna. The room was a shame: in addition to being a bit bare despite its generous size, the beds were close together but separate, not ideal for a "romantic" hotel. Another flaw was that the reception staff (for the Garni and Anderle areas) were never present during the day, and there was no way to call them without going to the Hotel Aurora. Perhaps an extra person for a few hours would make a difference.

10/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty first courses, perfectly cooked meat, all carefully presented. It's not your typical mountain restaurant, but I highly recommend it for the unique dishes and original presentation. We'll be back!

21/07/2025: We had dinner at Le Migole on our wedding anniversary. Before I start writing... it was fantastic. Great ambiance, very, very good food, and excellent service. We haven't had anything comparable in Trentino yet. We had a reservation and were greeted very warmly and shown to our table. Beautiful table setting with a linen tablecloth, fine cutlery, and beautiful glasses. The small restaurant was modern, stylish, and tastefully and comfortably decorated with lots of wood. We browsed the creative menu, which sounded truly delicious, and then the extensive wine list. We opted for a bottle of Brollettino Ca dei Frati and water. Meanwhile, a small greeting from the kitchen arrived: a small melon soup with a cream cheese espuma. Served with salted butter and very nice homemade grissini. For starters, we ordered a beautifully made beef tartare, finely shaved and well-seasoned as it should be, and beautifully presented on a beautiful plate. I loved the small onion sorbet topping the tartar. It went perfectly together. My wife had the lightly smoked mackerel fillet on a lentil puree. Here, too, the ingredients were beautifully balanced and beautifully presented. After the starter, we were already in a great mood for the evening. For the second course, I had the saffron risotto with smoked paprika cream. A beautifully creamy and grainy risotto with a great flavor. My wife ordered the venison roast. It was served in its stock with parsnip puree, pineapple, and chips. A daring combination that blended beautifully in the mouth. For the main course, I had the flank steak with two types of jus, wild broccoli, and potato puree. Perfectly roasted meat in a very rich jus with a light, fluffy puree. You can't ask for more. Since Le Migole seems to want to maintain a bit of tradition, they also have some traditional Italian classics on the menu that don't necessarily have anything to do with fine dining. My wife opted for the polenta with beef ragu. It was a straightforward dish of old-school Italian cuisine. Very delicious. The dessert menu also sounded fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn't have room. We'll definitely make up for that on our next visit. Our conclusion: We had a really lovely evening with great food and good service at Le Migole. If there was anything to note, it would only be that we missed the wine service a bit. The bottle was placed on our table in a cooler, and we had to refill it ourselves throughout the evening. Well, the bottle only cost just under €40 and we served ourselves, no problem. However, if I had ordered a €200 bottle of Tiganello, for example, and the service had been the same, I would have been annoyed. Given the price range of the establishment, the service crew at Le Migole should perhaps reconsider that. Otherwise, as I said, it was a fantastic evening in this small, cozy restaurant. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food.

01/03/2026: Stopped by today for lunch. Nice place with typical Indian decor. Choice of Italian and exotic dishes. Everything was very good. Indian appetizers and very Italian first courses, garlic-flavored Indian bread... bottle of branded water, which I personally always appreciate. Quick service. Friendly staff. Free liqueur was offered at checkout. Good prices.

06/01/2026: Very kind and welcoming staff, you feel like you're coming home when the dishes arrive. The flavors reflect Indian philosophy, perfection down to the smallest details. Their desserts are the epitome of excellence if you really want to travel: you never know what to expect, a delight that sometimes turns into ecstasy... truly excellent. Try it to believe it. NICK
