01/10/2025: Unfortunately, there was no mention of the hut being closed on the signs or in the towns. It was sobering to see this after a long journey there... At the time of planning a few days earlier, there was no mention of it on Google.

20/09/2025: Thank you for the unexpected and pleasant foray into Roman cuisine in Trento. This no-frills restaurant is a great choice and delivers on the basics. A wide selection of dishes and pizzas, not just traditional Roman fare. The prices are affordable, and the service is fast and very friendly. Of our three days in Trento, we returned two nights in a row, and would have returned the third, too, had it not been for the day off. It has its own parking lot.

20/09/2025: Beautiful place in the center of Riva del Garda. The guy who served us was extremely knowledgeable, gave us advice, and pampered us. The food was fantastic—the best tuna tartare and calamarata I've ever had. The chef was very helpful and truly talented. The price was incredibly fair. I highly recommend it and will be back!

04/09/2025: I was traveling alone, so I went there for lunch. Unfortunately, there were no fried anchovies on the menu, BUT: I asked nicely, and, of course, they made me a huge portion. Absolutely delicious. Friendly service. Great view of the piazza.

11/10/2025: The hotel isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained and clean. The rooms have everything you need. The staff are attentive. Good Indian cuisine and excellent pizza. There's ample parking available. And Coredo is always beautiful!

I know the owners, and she works miracles in the kitchen—raw ingredients, expert preparation, high-quality flavor and authenticity, whether it's typical local dishes or dishes seasoned with essential oils and other ingredients to make them unique… He's a knowledgeable expert on the world of wine. He's always capable of providing explanations that allow you to taste the dishes and wines before you actually do. A typical mountain restaurant, well-kept, with an excellent view. Not to be associated with the usual mountain refuges. Here you eat and drink at a truly high level… medium-high prices, but perfectly balanced for the offerings. 08/10/2025: The restaurant is quite small, located in a vaulted cellar in the heart of town. The food is excellent, featuring local, high-quality ingredients. The waiter/owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about local produce and can recommend something for everyone. The menu is concise but offers something for everyone. The prices are reasonable for the high quality, but not expensive.

08/10/2025: A wonderful, unassuming osteria. All the dishes and drinks were created and curated with a palpable love for the region. The high quality of all the ingredients stands out throughout. From appetizers to dessert, everything tasted excellent, and the portion sizes and prices were more than fair. The experience was rounded out by the truly friendly service. We'd be happy to come back!
