13/11/2025: Very happy. I had lunch once and dinner twice. The service is fast and the staff is really friendly. The portions are generous and high-quality. The prices are really reasonable. Well done, keep it up.

09/12/2025: To avoid traffic, we took the side road, and since it was lunchtime, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones who felt this way; we actually had to wait quite a while at the restaurant... but in the end, the wait was worth it, and we enjoyed some truly excellent dishes. The restaurant is very unique, with attention to detail... congratulations. We'll be back sooner rather than later. Average prices.

01/10/2025: Unfortunately, there was no mention of the hut being closed on the signs or in the towns. It was sobering to see this after a long journey there... At the time of planning a few days earlier, there was no mention of it on Google.

13/09/2025: On our hike from Ruffré to the Mendel Pass, we first passed the fairly busy Halbweg Hut. We then decided to continue a bit further to the Enzian Hut, and our decision was absolutely right. There, we received a very friendly welcome and were able to enjoy the fantastic food in peace. We also had a delicious elderflower spritzer made from homemade elderflower syrup. Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: We were given a free Smartbox for one night with dinner, and we extended it for a day because we had such a great time. The staff were kind and friendly, the spa was fantastic, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was still in an old room. However, almost all of the rooms have been renovated. The wellness area is very nice, lavishly furnished with antique wood and tasteful tiles.

17/11/2025: Saturday evening, not crowded, nice atmosphere inside, fast, professional, and friendly service, the waitress very nice. The pizza chef makes a truly exceptional pizza; the dough isn't heavy, and the toppings are really balanced. The price for the evening was modest (I paid for two people). Overall, I'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. All in all, everything was great!

The dishes were generous and well-cooked. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive to their needs. The location is convenient, and the prices are absolutely average for the area, offering excellent value for money given the generous portions and quality. Recommended for those looking for a quick, tasty lunch with fast, friendly service in the center of Trento!

22/10/2025: Restaurant on the lake of Caprioli, we had lunch on the veranda overlooking the lake, we had some first courses, the canederli were excellent and well cooked, wonderful sacher, very professional staff, good value for money

19/09/2025: A large and unique pizza selection with different doughs was very tasty. Sitting among hundreds of different beer bottles, the atmosphere was great and interesting. The staff were very friendly. We were treated to an excellent lemon schnapps as a farewell. An overall first-class experience.

10/12/2025: I didn't think it was true. A treat for us, the ones who are always rushing around. Every now and then you need to stop and recharge, and this is one of the few places where that's possible. The food is refined, the rooms are amazing. Paolo has a hospitality that only a few can match. These are qualities. Well done guys.

08/12/2025: Rosa d'Oro Pizzeria Restaurant - Cold Dishes and No Recognition We arrived at Rosa d'Oro Pizzeria Restaurant promptly, at its opening time of 12:00, intending to enjoy a good lunch. Our first impression upon entering was immediately mixed: the decor is an indecipherable mix of Trentino-style dining and German-style echoes, complete with signs referring to Munich. The aesthetic identity is unclear, but we were there for the food. Hyper-Fast Service, Absent Quality After perusing the menu, we all opted for the option that seemed the most interesting and complete: the single dish. This dish included a mix of Alpine and Bavarian flavors: dumplings, goulash, Nuremberg sausages, würstel, sauerkraut, and polenta. The excessive speed with which we were served was our first warning sign. The dishes arrived at the table literally less than 3 minutes after ordering. While quick service is appreciated, in this case it was a clear sign that the dishes had been prepared well in advance. Unfortunately, the confirmation came when we tasted them: everything was lukewarm, verging on cold. The polenta, dumplings, goulash, and even the sausages weren't the right temperature, which completely ruined the experience. No Compensation or Concrete Apology. We reported the issue to the waitress. After checking with the kitchen, she told us she apologized for the inconvenience, explaining that "perhaps because they had prepared it earlier, it got cold." This was an unacceptable excuse for a restaurant serving food. A cold dish, especially a single dish combining several dishes, should be reheated and plated properly. The height of disappointment came when it came time to pay. Despite the obvious mistake, acknowledged by the waitress herself, no attempt was made to apologize to the customer through a discount or even a small gesture of courtesy (like offering a coffee or water). We paid the full bill for a meal that wasn't up to the quality promised. In short: We arrived first, were rushed to the table with cold dishes, and left feeling neglected. This is no way to treat customers.
