We were in our campervan at Passo Coe and had dinner at this osteria.
Very friendly staff, a refined atmosphere, and excellent wines.
The appetizers were excellent, but the highlight was the off-menu tagliatelle with very fresh porcini mushrooms. The mushrooms were plentiful, cooked al dente, and the sauce was impeccable. We'll be back soon!!!

Very nice place, I recommend booking.
We ordered:
- tartar with salted meat
- trio of dumplings
- venison stew
- Linzer torte
Quite generous portions (we shared everything between two people and left full and happy; we'll definitely be back).
Try the Linzer torte, whatever your tastes: I don't like fruit on desserts and I hate dried fruit. They're the two main ingredients in the dessert, and I fell in love with it!

Osteria Coe: a wonderful discovery on the Coe Pass!
Four of us went for dinner and had a truly positive experience. The place is simply perfect: a typical mountain setting, convenient parking right next to the restaurant, and direct access from the street, without stairs or long walks (also great for those with mobility issues).
Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with two large dining rooms and an outdoor area. For dinner, however, I definitely recommend going inside. The staff is young, friendly, and very approachable. We had reservations (always recommended), although it's probably not mandatory.
We started with four gingerbread cookies to while away the time while enjoying a simple, homemade, mountain menu.
For appetizers, we tried the house specials:
cheese croquettes;
potato tortel;
salted meat tartare;
an unscheduled addition of porcini mushrooms, kindly prepared at our request.
Everything was truly excellent: authentic flavors and quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the local lard, aromatic and melting, the speck, and especially the carne salada tartare, diced and flavorful: a real surprise!
Then we tried the tagliatelle with venison ragù: perfect pasta and a flavorful ragù, intense yet balanced.
For main courses, we shared:
the mountaineer's plate (polenta, fried cheese, cabbage, and luganega burger), abundant and very tasty;
the Trentino-style goulash, tender and flavorful.
We accompanied our meal with water, a liter of house red wine, and finished with four coffees and four blackberry liqueurs on the house.
Total bill: €150 for four people.
In summary: authentic mountain cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, and generous portions. A place where you can feel at home and where I would definitely return. Highly recommended!

On Sunday we went to Osteria Come. For lunch. My wife and I had fesa tonnata and goulash... to say the least, everything was excellent and plentiful. I've been to other restaurants in the area, but Osteria Come is number 1. Well done 👏👏👏

On Wednesday, I was on a scooter ride and stopped for lunch with my wife...starter: Tartar di Carne Salada...excellent and tasty. Tagliatelle with venison sauce, special ones like the trio of dumplings ordered by my wife...to finish, amazing strudel. Thanks!

The food is excellent, featuring typical Trentino cuisine and local ingredients, and is also suitable for celiacs like me. If you eat on the outdoor terrace, the view is priceless.
