One of the most beautiful huts I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The view of the valley aisle is great from all places. The terrace is extremely well equipped. The selection of food and drink is varied and the quality was great. The Kaiserschmarren is highly recommended! But the pizza and dumplings we had here were also great. The yaks lying in front of the hut and sunbathing give the whole thing a special charm. We are already looking forward to next year!

Once again, a stop at the Rifugio Friedrich August was planned during the skiing holiday. When the weather was bad, the hut was, as expected, very busy. After a short wait, we (three people) were assigned our own table. After I was initially disappointed with my food last year (the dumplings weren't thawed properly inside), I wanted to go again this year. This time it was a pizza that made me come to the conclusion that this is probably the best pizza in the ski area. The dough, the taste and the summary were simply magnificent. Like last year, the service was still great! The Rifugio Friedrich August is one of the most beautiful and best huts in the ski area.

We had a wonderful evening with great food and very good wine. My tartare was well prepared. For romantic hours. We'll be back and want to book the rooms too.

Ottimo rifugio dove d'estate si possono trovare i famosi krapfen. D'inverno invece si può gustare l'ottima carne (filetto e tartare da spettacolo!), la buonissima carbonara e dessert deliziosi (tiramisu scomposto, frittelle di mele). Servizio buono, prezzo "alto".

Per lavoro spesso frequento ristoranti e devo dire che è raro trovare un posto così’ curato, con staff gentile, ottimo cibo, e prezzi veramente onesti….chi scrive che i prezzi sono alti non so dove va al ristorante : al self service in zona, si spende di più…. LO consigliamo vivamente anche a chi non scia, fanno un servizio con moto slitta in certi orari… Complimenti a tutto lo staff

24/02/2024: We, three families, were very well looked after in this hotel for one week. The rooms are clean and spacious enough (nice soap!), the food is excellent (extensive breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack (especially sweet), 3 courses with 4 choices every day), the staff is very attentive, professional and pleasant. The shuttle service is ideal. Step straight from your own locker into the van to the lift (a 2-minute drive - it's also easy to walk). At the end of the afternoon the van drives back and forth to the hotel. There is a good supermarket within walking distance and a tasty pizzeria. In terms of improvement, it would be great to include wellness, now it was €10 pp and we didn't actually use it. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor terrace, but there is a beautiful conservatory (which might open in the summer?)

07/04/2024: The bruschetta and sandwiches are excellent. For my taste a little less sweet. Perhaps a little expensive but you have to balance everything with the fact that you appreciate flavors where I personally consider quality raw materials used. CONSEQUENTLY I RECOMMEND IT AND SAY: MUST TRY. Surely if you are a lover of this food better once less but when you go GO TO PANEM. Furthermore, the place has a nice display of food products
03/04/2024: Very cozy shop in the pedestrian zone. It's particularly nice to sit there in the evening or when there's a market. Then you can watch the hustle and bustle with a really good coffee and delicious bread and enjoy the day in the shade.
