I arrived at the refuge on the way between the Sella Pass and the Pertini refuge. A beautiful location, beyond the now-famous bomboloni, it's a lovely restaurant overlooking the valley. If you arrive early enough, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace in the company of yaks and marmots! The interior is very well-kept, quaint, and clean!

An impressive, rustic mountain hut on the Sella Pass. In winter, even non-guests can enjoy dinner at the hut on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A snowcat transports you from the hut's private parking lot to the hut. A fantastic experience!
They raise their own yaks. The meat is of excellent quality. The Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake) was also delicious.

This Is by far one of the best places In Val Gardena.
The location and the scenery are spectacular.
The food Is upscale and very tasty.
The service Is excellent and Teresa Is supervising everything In a very efficient way.

Eaten there for lunch a few times on skiing the Sellaronda, a great place to stop at, very busy, but we always found a table. Food is super, if you go for pizzas wait times are up to an hour long. This time round (mid Feb 2026) they also had tables with pit fire in the middle, had an exquisite (though very expensive) tomahawk steak, it was worth every penny! The waiters were all super friendly and efficient.

Amazing place, two of us went for dinner. The transportation service was excellent, fast, and smooth. The welcome was top-notch, all the waiters were fantastic, and the food was truly delicious. The price was super fair, definitely worth a visit again.

Great fun for skiing or walking in the summer, there are yaks walking around outside and you can enjoy delicious food.
