This restaurant seats just 18 people, run by two people. The service is very friendly, helpful, and attentive! The dishes are carefully prepared and truly delicious. The quality/price ratio is more than reasonable, especially considering its central location in Trento.

Today was our second time eating in Trento. The starter (vitello tonnato) was very good! The primo piatto (tortellini al tartufo) was excellent! The second course (duck) was also excellent! We were thrilled! For dessert, we had tiramisu! The best I've ever eaten! I don't want to hide the fact that they needed at least half a server to make the evening completely perfect! Anyone looking for a good meal in Trento should definitely go to this restaurant! The food is truly excellent! Highly recommended!

15/04/2026: We had lunch outside on a Saturday after visiting Tulipanomania at the Habsburg Park in Levico. The atmosphere was nice and the food was good overall. There were two things I didn't like, though. First: the €2.30 cover charge for "Outdoor as specified on the receipt," where you make do by taking your own cutlery and a paper placemat and then going in to order at the cash register. Second: all the draft beers, starting at €0.40, cost €6. Honestly, considering it's called Fabbrica di Pedavena, it seems a little "unfair."

Bar osteria Heidi

10/10/2025: Freshly prepared dishes at very reasonable prices! The elderly couple who own the place are incredibly welcoming and put a lot of effort into it. You feel like you're part of the family, not just a guest. We had a wonderful time!
04/10/2025: A family-run bar and trattoria. The owners are a couple no longer in their teens. Excellent food and very friendly service. Although the owners seemed a bit cold and distant upon arrival, it didn't take long to discover that they are genuinely kind and attentive to their guests' needs. My overall opinion is overwhelmingly positive, and I encourage everyone to try it and believe it.
