22/08/2025: During a visit to the Non Valley, I had the pleasure of lunch at Il Giardino restaurant, in the heart of Cles. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with a truly pleasant outdoor space—perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. I ordered a venison steak, and it was simply exceptional: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by side dishes that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the kitchen. The service was courteous and professional, the timing was right, and the prices were absolutely fair for the quality offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a traditional and authentic gastronomic experience in the Non Valley. I will definitely be back!

22/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in Cles. The restaurant is good, the pizzeria is historic. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

30/08/2025: The pizza was good, and the waiters were helpful and polite. The tables were a bit crowded, and the tablecloth was turned over for reuse, which wasn't exactly ideal.

30/08/2025: Convenient location near the center on the road with easy parking. Friendly, reasonably quick, especially for those stopping by during their work lunch break. Good prices, generous portions. Delicious pasta, even though the game version isn't heavy. Fabulous mushrooms, I highly recommend them. Compliments to the cashier, very kind and, despite the chaos, extremely coordinated like few others, never losing a smile.

04/08/2025: The burger was okay, but for me, the burger or burger patty could have been cooked a bit more. That's especially important to me with minced meat. The French fries or fried potatoes were very good. The atmosphere is quite nice; for me, it was a welcome refuge from the rain. The service and the people working there were all very friendly and polite. I'll definitely return on a bike ride.

29/08/2025: A very pleasant evening in a top-notch setting, we were pampered throughout our dinner, which was excellent! Special praise goes to Anna for explaining and guiding us throughout the evening, and to Diego for his cocktail accompaniment.

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 14/08/2025: The appetizer of mixed cured meats and cheeses wasn't exceptional; the best things were the cheeses and the potato fritters of various flavors. The speck was tough and not particularly flavorful; in fact, the fresher salami was good, while the game one was tough, and like the speck, it was also quite tasteless. For main courses, we had starters, which were truly generous and excellent; I left feeling full and satisfied. On a negative note, which personally bothered me greatly, was seeing the very young waiter lingering at the table chatting and drinking with a couple of other customers of the same age; I found it in very bad taste and disrespectful of the other diners. This scene ended beautifully with him openly flirting with some girls in their early twenties at another table. Truly unprofessional; if I had the chance, I don't think I'd return for this very reason.

31/07/2025: Nella confusione estiva del passo sella basta lasciare il sentiero principale e dopo cinque minuti ci si ritrova in un oasi di tranquillità con un panorama di tutto rispetto, abbiamo mangiato bene con un servizio un po' lento ma cortese per dei piatti di qualità e di buona quantità.prezzo nella norma di queste parti ( mai economico).
