07/12/2024: Nice clean and quiet place, but poor service. I ordered fried anchovies with tartar sauce and I got anchovies in oil with a little salad. We took 3 appetizers, 1 first course and a mixed grill, minimum 2 people, 20 euros which in the end according to their reasoning became 2... 2 coffees, half a liter of wine and sparkling water to say why it wasn't... we spent 105 euros. I have to say that in my opinion it's too much. Non-existent quality-price ratio. I will never come to this restaurant again

03/06/2025: If you like cocktails, go here. We had the French 75 special from the bartender who made it with a rose simple syrup. So freaking good. Great way to finish our day visiting this delightful town and the thermal pools.

13/06/2025: We had dinner here on our last evening in Siena, it is very nice, we are centrally located on the square, there is an extensive menu and the prices are certainly reasonable, the food was very tasty, I also had the best bruschetta of our trip here, the pasta with truffle was delicious and the service, the staff was very friendly

18/06/2025: Omdat er op zondagavond niet veel keuze is wat betreft het restaurantbezoek in Siena bezochten we dit restaurant op aanraden van onze hoteluitbater. Niettegenstaande dit restaurant op het Campoplein is gelegen, is dit zeker geen 'touristtrap' met exeburante prijzen. Het is er wel druk... Wij genoten er van typische toscaanse gerechten met een glas lekkere wijn. Het was een heerlijke diner met een geweldige sfeer op zo'n prachtige locatie! Ietwat chaotische maar toch perfecte bediening.

08/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato qualche sera fa in questo ristorante riaperto da poco tempo . Abbiamo trascorso una bella serata avvolti da un’atmosfera unica come solo la piazza del campo può regalarti . Locale curato con un bel menu comprensivo di pizza . Staff gentile e disponibile . Abbiamo optato per un’ottima tartare , pappa al pomodoro , carpaccio di manzo e filetto . Tutto molto buono e servito con cura e attenzione !! Torneremo presto per assaggiare anche le pizze che avevano un ottimo aspetto .

24/04/2025: Cibo buono e prezzi nella media. Un pò problematico trovarlo senza un navigatore. Non do 5 stelle perchè la proprietaria, a differenza delle cameriere, non brilla per empatia e vicinanza al cliente. Dopo essere stato 5 minuti fermo vicino la cassa (del bar) in attesa che posasse il telefono, lei mi guardava e non diceva nulla, pur sapendo che dovevo pagare il conto. Se non fosse stato per una cameriera che mi ha indicato un'altra cassa per pagare, sarei rimasto lì a seccare.

21/05/2025: I don’t know how to begin this review, I am genuinely quite shocked at the meal. This place was mentioned to us by the vineyard hotel as a “more casual option” as opposed to the fine dinning across the road. We thought this would suit us for an easy option and the photos online looked good. There are very few options for food, like 6 things if you exclude the stuff that has been left in the counter all day (we assume). You would expect that means that they would do the few dishes very well… unfortunately the food was okay at best. We witnessed a couple things are really brought hygiene into question - ie staff blowing nose in the middle of all the tables and not washing hands and people eating over our food as it was being brought out to us. It cost €46 for 2 and I am quite downtrodden about the experience. This is NOT a proper restaurant and I would treat it as a bar for food only. The wine was good, as you would expect in a vineyard but not enough to cheer our mood about the meal.

02/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in due, cibo di buona qualità e cucinato bene però veramente troppo caro per un bistrot. Abbiamo anche dato un’occhiata alla carta dei vini ma i prezzi erano proibitivi, molto molto più cari del ristorante di buon livello in cui avevamo cenato la sera prima. Peccato perché il locale è molto carino ma dí sicuro non ci torneremo

21/04/2025: Abbiamo visitato San Gimignano recentemente. Arrivati all'ora di pranzo abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo locale. Abbiamo mangiatoi i pici e le casarecce ed il tutto accompagnato dai vini consigliati nel menu. Tutto buonissimo. Certo il conto un pò esoso.. una calice di vino 8 euro non è proprio economico. Comunque sei a S.Gimignano e se la qualità c'è va pagata!
