23/06/2026: Terrible management, poor service, and a complete lack of professionalism. They did everything they could to lose customers! I placed a scheduled order on Just Eat for the next day, with cash on delivery. The courier showed up at my house a day early, and when I refused to pick it up early, despite having proof on the receipt that the mistake was made by the pizzeria, he put me through to the restaurant on the phone. They responded in a decidedly aggressive and rude tone, claiming that for them, Just Eat orders for the next day aren't valid and must be placed on the same day only. Therefore, orders for today for tomorrow don't exist with them, and if I didn't pay, they'd come and deliver it. To prevent the situation from escalating, I had to go to the restaurant in person with the delivery man to resolve the dispute. I was forced to pay for the order immediately with my prepaid card at their POS. To avoid escalations or arguments due to their insistence, in front of my son and other customers, and with the order already cold and inedible, and a disproportionate amount for the evening. However, they gave me a 0.45 cent discount! So I then had to cancel the order scheduled on the app to avoid a second charge. Unacceptable management, inappropriate tone, and total disrespect for the customer. Highly not recommended.

25/05/2026: The mignon was good, but the chicken was definitely something to avoid. I don't think we'll be ordering here again. In short, €27 for two tubs of chips, 10 mignons, and two chickens in the garbage.

12/07/2025: There was no welcome greeting, waited a few minutes and waved a few times to get attention. We had ice cream and beers here. Ice cream price: small cup with 3 flavours is €8, 4 flavours is €10. Beer 400ml is €7.6.

12/06/2026: My family and I went here for lunch and wine tasting. It was excellent all the way: the atmosphere , the service, the food, the wine. There was very much eye for detail. We also visited the hidden/secret waterfall on the staff’s recommendation, just a short 20 minute walk from the site.

03/06/2026: We stayed in February with two other couples. We were assigned room 11, with an unbearable sewer smell. I refused, and when we changed rooms, the receptionist was worried about how other guests would cope with that smell, not considering the inconvenience. In the new room downstairs, there were cracks in the walls and a creaking ceiling, with a few small stones occasionally making their way onto the bed. I read that the main character was the cat, but hair everywhere was unacceptable. The rooms were generally dirty, and to top it all off, when we returned after dinner, the cat had decided to relieve herself on the hallway carpet, a nauseating stench. The staff (the only one in the entire hotel) was completely unprepared to deal with every request. Having sensed the situation, before requesting an aperitif, we asked if they were equipped to prepare one, and upon her reassurance, we trusted them: a crodino and two walnuts... and it paid handsomely! Maybe they weren't prepared for the time we chose for our short vacation, but at this point it's better to stay indoors so we could have chosen something else. Finally, the cat in the kitchen is also not allowed during breakfast the next morning. I would never recommend it.

28/12/2025: Very disappointing experience I made a reservation to this restaurant on November. Made it through the site. Automated procedure. They also requested a deposit of 50€ per person. I paid and everything seemed arranged. I also received a confirmation mail. When I arrived the restaurant was closed. I called and called but nothing. I kept on calling the next days... I just communicated with a forgotten Automated procedure. No-one checked ever the reservations. None checked the mails, the bank accounts. Pity. Bad experience. Unprofessionals...

22/10/2025: Very elaborate dishes except for my dish which was too spicy

05/05/2026: The hotel is rated 4 stars, but I think it barely deserves 2. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the silicone in the bathtub was dirty and neglected. There's not even a refrigerator in the room, and incredibly, there's none throughout the hotel. The foam beds with a sheet on top are just plain old. The common areas are practically nonexistent: there are no places to sit and chat, forcing guests to stay outside, surrounded by pollen and mosquitoes. The location is inconvenient, on a main road, with no shuttle service or taxi service. If it hadn't been for the kindness of the staff from another hotel who accompanied us, we would have been left stranded there without even being able to eat. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the savory portion: cold eggs left in a bowl, unappetizing. Overall a negative experience and far from the standards of a true 4-star hotel. The only positive note was the kindness of the staff.

02/05/2026: We were here as part of a trip. Personally, I wouldn't choose a hotel with such a rating. Anyway, the number of stars on Google is acceptable. The rooms would definitely deserve better cleaning. There is one large sheet to cover yourself and warm blankets in the closet. So that no one is unpleasantly surprised. Breakfast is weak. From pastries, only toasted bread and a little something on it (ham, cheese, processed cheese and classic small butter) Plenty of sweets and yogurts, which was nice. A short distance from the hotel is a market, Lidl and McDonald's. It's definitely not the four stars that the hotel has in its name. But for undemanding people it's fine.

02/08/2026: We visited this restaurant today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel unwelcome by the manager, who was also our server. Her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending toward us. There were two of us, and because only one person was planning to eat, she made comments saying that a restaurant was “for eating” in a very unkind and judgmental way. The way she spoke to us felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Instead of making us feel like guests, we felt like an inconvenience. The experience became so uncomfortable that we decided to leave before dining. We were also shocked to be charged for using the restroom, which added to an already unpleasant interaction. We came hoping to enjoy a meal and experience the hospitality Tuscany is known for, but unfortunately we left feeling disrespected. I hope the management reflects on how guests are treated, because kindness and professionalism make a lasting impression.

30/06/2026: Petrol station, amazing petrol especially the 95. My car couldn't live without it.!! If i don't put the fuel in the car it doesn't want to move, it can be very unpredictable.... Cars eh.!

06/06/2026: Horrible. It’s difficult to understand how you can make a cafe latte taste so badly. If not enough, the staff treats you badly, very inpatient and they don’t listen. Not service minded at all. Famous tourist trap.

16/04/2026: We ordered fish dishes during the Easter holiday week. Half the menu items were unavailable. The little that was available, both for starters and main courses, was all frozen fish cooked poorly: shrimp starters covered in sauce, and fried fish limp and very salty. Even the house white wine was subpar. A completely unremarkable place. Even though it's in a central area of ​​town, it's not recommended.

04/01/2026: Abandon all hope, all you who enter: broken air conditioning and a freezing cold environment in the dead of winter with temperatures near freezing, a malfunctioning exhaust hood, resulting in cooking fumes filling the dining room with unbreathable air, canned beans cooked directly in preserving starch, frozen spinach, and mediocre pici made with pancetta instead of guanciale. The dining room staff is incapable of handling all these issues. Furthermore, all our clothes need to be taken to the dry cleaners. Other customers near us got up and left. An experience to forget.

25/07/2026: Delicious chickpea and porcini mushroom soup (superb). The chicken diavolo is truly spicy! A huge plus is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The service ensured we had a wonderful time. The standard was exemplary. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

31/07/2025: I usually try to choose places with a Google rating of 4.5 or higher for dinner because I don't have the time or energy to test the cuisines of touristy places. We came here because it's on the main square and there was space between the tables on the far side. The drinks were good, the atmosphere was good, and we finally decided to go ahead and order. The food was delicious, fresh, and very flavorful. So, despite the Google ratings, we had a great time and it's great that we ended up staying. Our waiter was also very nice and fast (Falco). We left feeling full.

29/07/2025: We went there as a family, the pizza was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The place is perfect with the most beautiful views.

26/12/2025: The structure, although obsolete, has a truly beautiful location, perhaps one of the best in the whole country... having finished the positive notes, probably the dirtiest structure I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The neglect, the lack of cleanliness, the poor quality of the breakfast should be avoided.
