Prosciutteria Al Peccatore In Siena

We tasted a plate of raw ham with burrata and tomatoes, and a plate of meat carpaccio with melted Zola and salad, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and an excellent house Chianti, all special and tasty.

Ham shop a stone's throw from the square in Siena. Quite a small place but with very friendly and welcoming staff. The food was really great, especially the cold cuts and cheese platter and the Patanegra. The house wine however was average. I also tried the Picci with ragù and they were really good but I would have preferred them to be more al dente. I would also like to point out that the tables are quite low so if you are tall or have large legs you might be a little uncomfortable. Excellent prices when compared to the quality of the products. I highly recommend the place if you are near Siena.

Bon le patron est un peu rustre quand on discute un peu avec lui après ça va mieux et vous attendez pas un service des plus souriants . L’assiette est pas mal. Je vous recommande les tripes.
