31/07/2025: Purtroppo mi è stata servita un contorno di verdura tutta in gambi duri immangiabili ed una tartara di scarsa qualità , la location è bella peccato

30/07/2025: Si tratta del ristorante interno al villaggio turistico Hapimag. La cucina proposta è di tipo internazionale, con serate a tema riservate soprattutto a turisti stranieri. Interno molto elegante e camerieri assai professionali. Abbiamo provato la serata pizza e ci siamo trovati bene. nulla di eccezionale ma qualità sicuramente più che discreta. Nella stagione estiva sono sistemati anche numerosi tavoli nel prato anteriore sotto bellissimi e grandi tigli da cui il ristorante prende il nome.

18/07/2025: We ordered pizzas, which were overall average. My disappointment was the tiramisu, which literally didn't live up to its name, as it lacked biscuits: at this point, call it mascarpone cream, huh? At least the staff was courteous.

26/07/2025: Sono stata ieri 25 luglio insieme a degli amici ma siamo rimasti al quanto delusi: accoglieza buona, pulizia in generale buona, il menù un po' meno perché i fogli dove scritto potevano essere inseriti su degli inserti che sarebbero stati più puliti e meno sgualciti, per il servizio ha lasciato un po' a desiderare perché ragazzi educati ma senza esperienza, cibo abbastanza buono presentazione buona, pecca grande che i camerieri non sapevano cosa avevano di dolci e ci hanno portato il menù, solamente che dopo 15/20 minuti non si era rivisto in circolazione nessuno, cosi ci siamo alzati e andati a pagare e fatto presente alla signorina della cassa, di questa mancanza del desser e del caffè. Prezzo per quanto è sembrato abbastanza alto, sicuramente non lo consigliamo a amici di andare.

02/09/2025: Pleasant setting, but the welcome is relatively cold. Fortunately, when we sit down, the oldest server and his colleague, who manage the service on site, make up for it with a sincere smile and more than perfect French for the gentleman. The products are very decent, without being the best, but they do the job very well. Positive in the end.

09/06/2025: Ubicación céntrica, buena comida y servicio era bueno. ¡Grita a Momo! La gente se queja del precio - no pares si no puedes pagarlo. Quejas sobre el servicio - camareros responden típicamente a su tono - tuvimos una gran noche. La comida era excelente - sin duda volveré. Al Mangia - sería bueno hacer retroceder algunas de las revisiones. Tripadvisor - sería bueno encontrar una manera de separar las opiniones sobre la experiencia general de las quejas solo sobre precios.

16/05/2025: Tenía la pasta de mariscos que estaba delicioso. Fue divertido sentarse y ver a la gente en el Campo, pero obviamente hay una prima por comer en un lugar tan turístico.

18/08/2025: I went to this place with friends for an aperitif. The owner Nicola was very kind and friendly and even offered us some digestives. We had a really good time and we will definitely come back to visit it when we pass through Montepulciano again. Recommended.

16/08/2025: Strolling along the main street in Montepulciano, We found this little place very welcoming. The owner and his wife were kind and seated us at the outside tables. We ordered two delicious double cheeseburgers. We'll definitely be back soon.

25/07/2025: Bar nella piazzetta di San Quirico d'Orcia ben curato l'interno molto particolare personale estremamente gentile ottima focaccia toscana con salame nostrano e pecorino molto buono. Tutto sommato si spende il giusto.

03/06/2025: Had an aperitif with my wife. They don't know how to make aperitifs. It's a shame because the view is very beautiful. We had a spritz and a non-alcoholic drink, both rated 1, then a crodino that didn't taste like crodino and a virgin mohito made twice. First without sugar, second with a little sugar and lemon. Not lime. Rating 0. So if you don't have the raw material or don't know how to make cocktails, well it's better to avoid it. On the other hand, it cost 33 euros. I totally don't recommend it

29/05/2025: Wonderful place overlooking Siena, we had a simple aperitif and they brought us a small taste to taste very welcome, normal price, aperitifs with cutting board are also available at the price of €20 Kind and welcoming staff

03/06/2025: Fantastic location among the streets of Siena! Diletta was super friendly and nice! Raw materials of great quality.. Fantastic tripe and a wine recommended by the host Diletta, the end of the world. I hope to return soon. I recommend!

25/04/2025: Probably the worst restaurant of my life

11/06/2025: The only thing special is the name. Table booked two weeks in advance. Damp location, with an annoying smell of mold. Poor service, the waiter was either in a hurry to finish the day or didn't know what to do since there were only two tables in the place. The setting needs to be reviewed. Bread with sourdough? Let's talk about it, because I make it and it doesn't taste like that at all! Sicilian oil not at all of quality. Cod au gratin with bitter fried leeks, spaghetti too al dente and overcooked rice. Marinated calamari nothing special, vegetable pie in my opinion at least midday. Cover a steal, €7! Desserts so-so. €156 for two, a steal. Really disappointing.

18/05/2025: I thought a lot about whether or not to write this review because it's not in my person, especially if they're negative, so when I do it it's because I don't want other people to have to spend a significant amount of money for nothing (I've been working in this sector, as an employee to be clear, for years and I'm sorry to penalize a place, so I'll draw up a list of what I found didn't work inside the restaurant). LOCATION AND TABLE: As beautiful as it may be, the evening did not go at all according to expectations. Let's start from the assumption that for €7 for the cover charge (also due to the location but not that much: we are in San Francesco, not in Piazza del Campo) I expect a larger entree as well as at least a decent mise en place: I'm not saying I expected crystal but the water glasses were totally out of place with the room and the glasses were of very dubious quality (you could even see the mold on the bottom). The room was quiet but most likely because we were the only ones there besides a table of tourists sitting in the room at the entrance. SERVICE: the service wasn't terrible, however we were asked twice if we wanted to order, even though we had already ordered and ABOVE ALL, which I don't understand since I work in the restaurant business myself, the waiter was clearly coming to the table often to see if I had finished eating, but not in the way you would expect him to do (from afar), he almost came to my arms to see if I had finished. In addition to this, a speed that was only noticeable at the end of the evening because, after having waited half an hour for the first courses (probably because they had made a mistake in bringing them out since mine was overcooked while the others' were too al dente), the service started to push us to finish dinner almost as if they wanted to throw us out (and I mean, we left there at 11pm, not even that late). FOOD: the sore point of this place, besides the price, is definitely the food: bland, without any flavor, plated like in any tavern and above all inside the food there were ingredients that were not listed on the menu: for example in the fish risotto, leaving aside the non-existence of fish, it was a green color, probably due to the presence of vegetables, but that in any case were not listed on the menu together with the asterisks for allergens. And it's a shame because the fish, the little that was eaten, was certainly of quality, but not valued. For example: the tuna, costing 24 euros, in addition to a paltry quantity (4 slices seared in a pan) was accompanied by a caponata that, although the best food of the evening, totally overpowered the flavor of the fish. For desserts even worse: a tiramisu that, even just calling it that, is too good. It was a dome-shaped dessert, on top of a biscuit, without ladyfingers or similar and with simple mascarpone and cocoa (I will attach photos and I hope they don't do it but that they buy the desserts). Even the coffee, although a nice display with the sugar cube, tasted of water. PRICE: the most important argument, over 100 euros per person (without considering the wine) for a quick dinner, an unsuitable service and totally tasteless food. I would not recommend it and I hope that from this review the owners can understand that to have a "gurmet" restaurant and that is part (I don't know how) of the Michelin guide (even a recent one) requires a study and a completely different stuff.

14/07/2025: We went there based on a recommendation from chatgbt, which said it was in the Michelin Guide 2024. However, the service was poor. I didn't like the design of the plates. Even when we sat at the table, we waited a long time for drinks.

09/07/2025: La comida era absolutamente increíble, probablemente una de las mejores que hemos probado, pero el servicio fue tan pésimo que arruinó por completo la experiencia. Sólo aguantamos porque la comida era increíble. Hicimos una reserva con antelación, mencionando específicamente que era para la celebración de nuestro aniversario, pero no hicieron nada para reconocer esta ocasión especial. También solicitamos un asiento con vista, pero cuando nos sentamos y lo mencioné, el gerente me despidió, diciendo que la mesa estaba "reservada para otros huéspedes". Esto fue extremadamente decepcionante y poco profesional, considerando que también lo habíamos solicitado al hacer la reserva. Además de eso, el servicio durante toda la noche fue terrible. Tuvimos que rellenar nuestro propio vino, pedir agua repetidamente y cubrir nuestras necesidades básicas nosotros mismos. Para empeorar las cosas, el gerente estaba discutiendo abiertamente con su propio personal, gritando tan fuerte que todo el restaurante podía escuchar. Fue un momento incómodo y extraño para todos los que cenaban allí. Si bien la comida era indudablemente excelente, el ambiente y el servicio eran tan malos que la eclipsaron por completo. No recomendaría este lugar a menos que solo estés aquí para pedir comida para llevar o no te importe nada la experiencia.
