20/05/2025: El dueño es único en su clase! La reunión es... OMG. Qué hermoso lugar. Tuvimos un gran tiempo y el vino de Chianti era increíble. . . . . . . Definitivamente vale la pena.

11/05/2025: Ambiente freddo e senza carattere. Belle vedute dalle vetrate. Personale amichevole. L'assenza di altri clienti all'ora di pranzo di sabato in piena stagione turistica avrebbe dovuto servire come monito ma avevamo fame. Tre quarti d'ora di attesa per piccole, costose ma gustose porzioni in presenza dei bambini e dei cani dello staff che hanno reso il ristorante simile ad un cortile di scuola elementare. Esperienza per me molto negativa.

10/05/2025: Charmant café à l'ancienne avec une terrasse donnant sur la campagne toscane. Magnifique. La carte n'a rien d'exceptionnel, comme les autres restaurants, des plats florentins. Le service est agréable. Comme la plupart du temps, le rapport qualité prix est cher!

04/05/2025: Pasamos por el desayuno y tuvimos una gran experiencia. La comida era fresca, sabrosa, y justo lo que necesitábamos para empezar el día. Lo que realmente destacó fue el servicio, Daniele era nuestro camarero, y él era fantástico. Amistoso, atento y genuinamente acogedor, hizo toda la visita más agradable. Si estás en la zona y buscas un buen desayuno con un gran servicio, sin duda recomendaría este lugar. Gracias de nuevo a Daniele por cuidar tan bien de nosotros!

08/06/2025: Me apetecía mucho este lugar ya que Castellina es uno de los favoritos. El tiramisú era excepcionalmente bueno y probablemente solo vale la pena esta visita. Quizás me tomé una pizza en un día libre, pero el quatro formaggi no sabía a queso en absoluto! Sin embargo, iré de nuevo.

05/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante con tutta la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’ambiente è accogliente e il personale cordiale. Il cibo era buono, ben cucinato e con porzioni generose. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo: abbiamo mangiato bene senza spendere troppo. Torneremo sicuramente!

23/05/2025: The property itself is truly beautiful, with excellent views and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, Restaurant was good. the restaurant staff were also polite and courteous. However, we were disappointed by the service from some of the other staff, particularly at reception. Given that this is a five-star hotel, we expected a higher standard of hospitality. We were traveling with large suitcases and needed assistance getting to and from our room, especially since the property includes several steps. Not only was help not proactively offered, but when we did request assistance, the staff’s response was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. Even when we expressed our thanks for the minimal help we eventually received, the attitude remained dismissive. The staff was especially rude at checkout time, the person at reception during check-in was not rude. For a hotel of this caliber, guest service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, the lack of warmth and professionalism from some of the staff left a negative impression. Also, the bathroom trash was already full when we arrived at the room. The location and beauty surrounding the property more than makes up for the lack of service, however don’t come here expecting a 5-star service.

18/05/2025: A truly extraordinary breakfast experience. This restaurant manages to combine luxury and elegance with a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, a balance that is difficult to find. The buffet is very rich, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality raw materials, from international breakfast classics to local delicacies. The staff is impeccable, always attentive and courteous, ready to satisfy every request with a genuine smile that makes you feel immediately at ease. The attention to detail, from the layout of the buffet to the presentation of the dishes, reflects the dedication of the staff and the attention that this place reserves for its guests. An ideal place to start the day with class, without giving up the warmth of an authentic welcome. Absolutely recommended!

14/04/2025: Pessimo impatto, Titolare che litigava con la cameiera Nessuno che ci dava retta Non vedevo l'ora di uscire. Peccato perché anni fa era molto bello e si mangiava molto bene

15/03/2025: nuova gestione... addio Garibaldi . pranzo di lavoro... seconda volta e , dopo aver dato una seconda chance , scrivo la rece al ristorante... nuova gestione assolutamente non ci siamo... ed infatti , mentre con la vecchia gestione a pranzo era sempre pieno , adesso no... menù completo di lavoro a 17 euro mentre secondo e contorno a 14 euro , ho optato per un petto di pollo e spinaci... il petto di pollo era 30 grammi ... una misera fettina fine e piccola messa lì per caso... chiedo un caffè ed alla cassa invece che fare il caffè , rimane 10 minuti di orologio a spippolare al cellulare... in sala dopo aver finito di pranzare mi riportano il menù per chiedere l ordine come se mi avessero appena visto... insomma...gente messa li non si sa con quale criterio e cibo totalmente insufficiente in porzioni a meno che uno ordini anche il primo... quello sembra in giusta quantità. voto 2 e non uno , perché almeno è pulito .

25/05/2025: Absolutely excellent value for money, with down-to-earth Italian cuisine. We were there for lunch and were satisfied. Highly recommended. The Italian atmosphere is like a traditional trattoria. Pleasant atmosphere. Very attentive staff.

24/05/2025: Après avoir visité la place del Campo, il faut un peu s’éloigner et vous trouver ce petit restaurant avec que des produits locaux et une cuisine fraîche et bonne. Le service est agréable et les patrons sympathiques ( cuisine et serveur). Raviolis et risotto à goûter , plateau de 5 fromages typiques aussi accompagné de douceur. Une découverte le vino Bruni , un vermentino au verre à 4€ délicieux , j’ai trouvé les bouteilles ensuite …allez y!

25/05/2025: I am evaluating a home delivery of 5 pizzas, (3 red and 2 without tomato) from this place that was a few hundred meters from the apartment. Delivery made almost on time, but the pizzas arrived cold, probably because they were not inside the food container. The pizzas were full of liquid that during delivery leaked out, wetting the boxes and the base of the pizza. The tomato had an excessively sweet taste, so much so that it could be confused with ketchup. Of the pizzas ordered, the only ones I would save were the ones with a white base.

10/05/2025: The service was very late but the vegetarian pizza was delicious.

11/06/2025: Unfortunately the review is negative even if the place is charming. It really lacks professionalism. Empty mini bar no glasses in the room bathroom without toilet brush television not working and final gem when returning at 10 pm found gate closed we had to climb over the reception to turn on the rooms. Luckily we had not left the keys at the reception because there was no one.

25/10/2024: oggi sono stato da loro a prendere una piada kebab di pomeriggio, sono stato ben servito e , avevo preso un kebab con insalata, pomodoro , salsa yogurt ketchup e piccante e fin qua tutti ok. Torno a casa a degustarmelo e non aveva nulla di strano il sapore, il problema si è presentato 2 ore dopo quando ad un certo punto mentre ero a casa mi inizia a fare male la pancia e vado subito al bagno con un problema intestinale. Non mangerò più un kebab

10/06/2025: My boyfriend and I stopped here for two nights. Our room was number 3. The room has a very comfortable bed, overall it is very well-kept and clean. The only flaw was the shower that leaked a little water. Towels are not changed regularly but only on request. The samples provided for showering were few and of low quality, there was no hand soap. The resort is located on an isolated hill that offers a suggestive and very romantic view. Once you leave the asphalt road you enter a dirt road that should be maintained a little better to make it easier to travel. Overall we had a great time and in our opinion the place is perfect for a romantic vacation because it allows privacy and offers breathtaking spots to share.

03/05/2025: This place is very authentic. I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately this place has some problems. The room has a large kitchen with a stove and oven, but there are no cutlery, plates, cups, pots, etc. So it is impossible to use the kitchen 🤔. Even if the kitchen is not included in the room, the lack of plastic cups to be able to drink water was very disappointing. Also, you have no way to buy food or drinks in the morning to make yourself a simple breakfast. In our room there was no soap, no trash can 🙄 (we stayed 2 nights, and no one ever took out the trash during this time, there was nowhere to put it), napkins, a sofa in the living room and a lot of dust on the floor. I was disappointed with the customer service 😞. The views and the atmosphere around are fantastic!

03/06/2025: Fantastic location among the streets of Siena! Diletta was super friendly and nice! Raw materials of great quality.. Fantastic tripe and a wine recommended by the host Diletta, the end of the world. I hope to return soon. I recommend!

04/12/2024: Even though the place was empty, I couldn't understand why they were trying to seat us (my wife and my baby) at a table for two. I understand that they bring tap water for the refreshments, but I was shocked that they brought the water we ordered from the tap and I couldn't drink it. Food was below average. Unfortunately, it is expensive compared to the taste. We fell into a tourist trap

02/06/2025: Despite being a highly touristic place, you eat very well. Dishes are well-prepared, as is the service. The only flaw is the sparkling mineral water at 5 euros, as if we were not in Italy. It's a shame because it tastes of "cunning" and it tastes of unpleasant. It is not necessary, that price, that's all. It ruins the dinner.

23/05/2025: Avoid unless you want appalling service. We waited to have our table cleared, and then the waitress never returned to take our order. Had to chase around to get someone to give our order to. 40 mins later gave up and left having had nothing.
